Despite China&#8217;s warnings of reunification \u200dthrough\u2064 elections or military \u2064force, Taiwan remains resolute.<\/p>\n<p>When combined\u2064 with China&#8217;s struggling economy and\u200b the uncertain future of\u200d Joe Biden&#8217;s presidency, which has been criticized for projecting\u2064 weakness in dealing with foreign \u2063adversaries, the likelihood of a\u2063 Chinese invasion\u2062 of Taiwan becomes\u200c even more plausible.<\/p>\n<p>Adding to these concerns is a recent report from\u2063 The Wall \u2062Street Journal, revealing\u200b that\u200b billions\u200c of dollars worth of American weapons crucial for Taiwan&#8217;s defense against Chinese aggression \u2064have yet to be delivered and could be \u2063years away.
