Baldwin maintains that he pulled back the hammer but did not \u2064press \u200dthe trigger,\u200d and the gun fired.<\/p>\n<h3>Legal\u2062 Proceedings and Civil Lawsuits<\/h3>\n<p>Following the presentation of \u200ccharges to the grand jury, the judges agreed to put several civil lawsuits \u2063on hold.
