Despite an immigration detainer\u200b lodged against him, \u2064the Dorchester District Court chose to disregard it and released him from jail.<\/p>\n<p>Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported that the suspect&#8217;s name is Pierre Lucard Emile, as confirmed by an ICE \u2062source. However, when local authorities \u200dchoose not to honor\u200d these detainers,\u2064 they \u200deffectively allow criminals\u200b to walk free without\u2063 consequence.<\/p>\n<p>This case is far from an\u2064 isolated incident.
