Because of the Supreme\u2062 Court’s\u2062 ruling, my client’s case was sent back to the district court for further review. In 2000, the court unanimously rejected attempts to dismiss the case. I returned to the court\u2064 in 2001, but \u200dJustice O’Connor’s 2003 ruling allowed \u2063colleges to\u200c consider race in admissions\u200d for 25 \u2062more \u200cyears. Despite this setback, Chief Justice Roberts \u200drecently ended race-based admissions by colleges and universities.<\/p>\n

It’s time to stop discriminating on the basis of \u200brace, as Chief Justice\u2062 Roberts wisely \u2063stated.\u200b The \u200bAmerican \u200cpeople \u2064have had enough of racial politics and divisive\u200b policies.\u200b In\u200d 2025, a new president must put \u200dan end to DEI and all race-based hiring and decision-making in\u2063 federal departments and agencies. Congress must also \u2062codify the Supreme Court’s ruling in Adarand and ensure compliance with the Constitution’s equal protection guarantee. Only \u2064then can we fulfill the promise of equality\u200b set forth in our founding documents.<\/p>\n
