America First Policy Institute\u2019s Instagram page faced a major setback \u200cwhen\u2062 it\u2063 was “permanently suspended”\u2063 and “scheduled for deletion” by Meta on Wednesday, Jan. \u206310. The suspension came shortly after the organization used the platform to expose Hunter Biden’s refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena.<\/p>\n

AFPI’s account was flagged and suspended for \u2063violating “Community \u200cGuidelines \u2063on fraud and deception.” The offending content<\/a> was presumably the post about Hunter Biden, which was made before\u200c his surprise appearance<\/a> before the House Oversight Committee.<\/p>\n

The post contained verifiably true statements about Hunter Biden’s \u200cdefiance of a subpoena \u200dfrom House \u2063Republicans, as well as convictions of Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon for ignoring similar subpoenas issued\u2062 by congressional Democrats. It also mentioned the Justice Department’s interference in the IRS’s investigation into Hunter’s international \u200cbusiness\u200b dealings. There was nothing \u2063fraudulent or deceptive about it.<\/p>\n
