It was during this time that their\u200d son experienced\u200d a\u2064 life-threatening fentanyl overdose.<\/p>\n<p>When\u2064 law enforcement arrived at Bishop&#8217;s residence, they found the child in\u2063 distress, struggling to breathe due to\u2062 agonal breathing, a condition caused \u2064by \u200doxygen\u2064 deprivation.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The child was immediately rushed\u200b to Cincinnati Children&#8217;s Hospital, where he received urgent treatment for the fentanyl overdose.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Investigations revealed that Scarborough was present during the incident, as she had been visiting the child. Bishop, on \u2063the other hand, was\u200c allegedly \u2062inside the residence at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Scarborough\u200c appeared\u200c in court\u200b on Wednesday, facing charges of endangering children.\u2062 Despite pleading not guilty, \u200dher\u2062 lawyer filed a \u200dmotion\u200b requesting her \u200drelease on her \u2062own recognizance, allowing her\u2063 to \u2063continue working at a local hotel.<\/p>\n<p>However, records from the Hamilton County Sheriff&#8217;s Office indicate that Scarborough remains \u2063in custody, with a bond set\u200c at $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>Bishop made his court appearance on Friday \u2064and is\u2062 now \u2063facing charges \u2063of neglect and at least one\u200d count of child endangerment.
