Maverick&#8217;s \u200cdeath occurred less than five years ago, and yet\u2062 Singh has already been released and arrested\u2063 again.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to\u2064 note \u200bthat Singh \u2064was \u2062already a felon at the time of the accident, having a previous felony DUI in 2016. This\u200b makes his \u200dlatest \u200coffense a felony as well. He questions why someone with an expired visa, no \u2062driver&#8217;s license, two DUIs,\u2063 and a\u2062 history of reckless behavior is\u2063 allowed \u200dto remain in the country.<\/p>\n<h3>A Troubling Pattern<\/h3>\n<p>After his latest arrest, Singh faced \u2063additional charges of \u200c&#8221;false personation for bail \u200dand surety.&#8221; He was released on\u2062 bail once again but \u200bwas eventually ordered to be held in the Fresno County Jail. Jail records indicate\u2064 that Singh currently has\u200d an &#8220;INS detainer&#8221; on him, suggesting that U.S.\u2062 Immigration and Customs Enforcement may take action.<\/p>\n<p>Denise Hauser, \u200ba spokeswoman for ICE, did not \u2063provide an\u200b explanation \u2063as to why Singh \u2064was not \u2062deported after \u200dkilling a child.
