Only recently, however, did the majority of Americans wake up to the corruption responsible for unraveling the long-held American standard for blind justice.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one thing to be an\u200c administration that brings the hammer down on all lawbreakers \u2014 it\u2019s another to selectively punish in\u2063 a \u2063blatantly partisan way. It\u2019s\u200d clear which path \u200bthe Department\u200d of \u200cJustice under\u2064 President Joe Biden \u200cchose.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecuting \u200cpraying pro-lifers \u200cand \u200ca \u200cpastor for their presence outside of abortion facilities, investigating \u2063concerned parents as domestic\u200b terrorists \u2062for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/michigan-parents-suing-attorney-general-over-doj-school-board-memo\/\" title=\"Michigan Parents Suing Attorney General Over DOJ School Board Memo\">attending school board meetings<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/08\/19\/71-year-old-grandmother-visited-by-fbi-over-attending-january-trump-rally\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">questioning<\/a> grandmas who never entered the Capitol on Jan. 6,\u2064 2021, while arrests over the violent abortion mob\u2019s threats against Republican-nominated \u2062Supreme Court justices were <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/30\/biden-doj-throttled-arrests-of-violent-abortion-mob-surrounding-supreme-court-justices-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">throttled<\/a> aren\u2019t \u200djust a \u200cbad look. They are the beginning of\u2062 the end of equal application of the law.<\/p>\n<p>If only one side upholds justice, the rule of law, and norms \u2062that have governed our \u200dnation for nearly \u200d250 years, \u200cthere is no\u2062 such thing as \u200btrue\u200d justice, rule of law,\u200c or norms. This selective enforcement of the law is a dangerous precedent that undermines the foundation of a fair and impartial justice system.<\/p>\n<p>The recent incident at\u2062 the Los Angeles \u200dNational Cemetery, where pro-Hamas protestors defaced the memorial with anti-Israel slogans, is a\u200d clear example of this two-tiered justice system. These\u2063 vandals, who \u2062were \u200ccaught on camera\u200c committing a federal crime, will likely face no consequences for their actions. This is in stark contrast to the treatment of individuals who\u2064 have been \u200ccharged and sentenced under similar circumstances, but for opposing views.<\/p>\n<p>The desecration of a memorial that honors U.S.\u200b military members is \u2062not only an act of vandalism but also \u200ba disrespect to the sacrifices made by these brave men and women. According to 18 U.S. \u200cCode \u00a7 1369,\u2062 those found guilty of this offense should \u2063face fines and potential imprisonment of \u2063up to 10 years. However, it seems that the Biden\u2062 administration is turning a blind eye to this crime, sending a message that\u200c defacing memorials is acceptable as long as it \u2063aligns with their \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-new-george-soros-watchdog-warns-foreign-billionaire-is-using-loophole-to-push-leftist-policies-in-us\/\" title=\"Foreign billionaire exploiting 'loophole' to promote leftist policies in US, warns watchdog. Potential new George Soros?\">preferred political agenda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the blocking of major interstates, as seen in the pro-Palestine protests in Seattle and Los Angeles, is not\u200d only illegal \u2064but also dangerous. \u200bThese actions disrupt the flow of traffic and endanger the lives of innocent civilians. Under\u2064 most\u2064 state laws, blocking traffic is punishable, yet it appears that those participating in \u2064these protests are immune to prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>The double standard in enforcing the law is deeply troubling. If federal prosecutors can\u2063 harshly punish pro-lifers \u2064exercising their First Amendment \u2063rights, then they should have no problem holding accountable those who\u200c deface the \u200dresting places of veterans. However, it seems that political affiliation and agenda play a significant role in whether \u2064justice is served.<\/p>\n<p>An impartial justice system is the cornerstone of any democracy. \u2064It is crucial \u2063that law enforcement and prosecutors\u200d maintain this\u2062 impartiality, \u2062regardless\u200c of political pressure or ideology. The \u2062American people\u200d deserve equal treatment under the law, \u2062and\u2063 the Biden administration must\u200d ensure that this principle is upheld.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200dselective enforcement of the law erodes public trust in the justice system and allows for a dangerous precedent to be set. If only certain groups or individuals are held accountable for their actions, while others are immune to consequences, it undermines the very \u200bfabric of our society.<\/p>\n<p>It\u200b is\u200c time\u200c for the Biden administration to address this \u200bissue\u2062 and restore \u200dconfidence in the justice system. Prosecutors must be held to the highest standards of\u2062 impartiality and \u2063judiciousness,\u200d ensuring that justice is blind\u2063 and not \u200bswayed\u2062 by political motivations.
