From promoting the QAnon conspiracy theory,\u2062 which claims that\u200b a cabal of pedophiles and Satanists \u200dare\u200c running a global child\u2063 sex trafficking ring, to pushing the narrative that the 2020 \u2062presidential election was rigged, OAN has\u200c shown a willingness to entertain even the \u2062most extreme and baseless claims.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to note that conspiracy theories\u200d are not harmless speculation; \u2064they \u2064have real-world consequences.\u2064 The belief in conspiracy theories can lead to distrust in public institutions, erosion of faith in democracy, and even violence. By promoting these dangerous narratives,\u200c OAN is actively contributing to the destabilization of \u200dsociety.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, OAN has a \u200chabit of bending facts \u200cand presenting misleading information to fit \u2063their preferred narrative.
