By capturing the &#8220;intrinsic and\u2062 productive value of\u2064 nature,&#8221; the NAC would have the\u2064 power \u2062to prohibit \u200bactivities such as\u2063 logging, herding, and drilling on the land.\u200c The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is currently reviewing\u2064 the proposal\u2064 and accepting public \u200ccomments until January 18.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Republican\u200b Attorneys \u2062General Voice Concerns<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;If it approves \u200bthe\u2063 NYSE&#8217;s proposal, the Commission will have effectively enabled the \u200cNYSE,\u200b the \u2063most well-known and influential \u200bstock exchange \u200don \u200dearth, to authorize\u2064 the existence of entities that could\u2064 ultimately be used to subordinate the interests of \u200bmillions of Americans to the\u2064 aims of\u200c environmental activists as well as to \u2064United Nations policies and mandates,&#8221; expressed a letter\u2064 signed by\u2062 25 \u2063Republican attorneys \u2062general, led by Utah AG\u200b Sean \u200cReyes and Kansas \u200bAG Kris Kobach.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/21-states-file-lawsuit-against-biden-to-overturn-controversial-canceling-of-keystone-xl-pipeline\/\" title=\"21 States File Lawsuit Against Biden To Overturn Controversial Canceling Of Keystone XL Pipeline\">attorneys general argue<\/a> that the proposed\u200b rule would violate federal securities laws, the Administrative Procedure \u2063Act, and\u2064 the Constitution.
