Leftists are wrongfully equating\u200b speech with violence, disregarding constitutional standards. The majority of people who listened \u2062to Trump&#8217;s speech were not incited to violence, and evidence shows that the violence was caused by a small proportion of rioters.<\/p>\n<p>Accusing Trump of inciting insurrection is a political tactic aimed at promoting a one-party state. Lawsuits have been filed in multiple states to\u2062 prevent Trump from appearing on \u2063the ballot. One such\u200b lawsuit was successful in Colorado and is now being reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, in 2023, 20 House Democrats cosponsored a bill to allow individuals who are still serving sentences for their crimes to vote in federal elections. These cosponsors \u200binclude Reps. Jerry Nadler and Dan\u2064 Goldman, who have been involved in efforts to deny \u2063Trump a fair trial and equal treatment under the law.<\/p>\n<p>Nadler, known for undermining constitutional norms, requested President \u2062Bill Clinton\u2062 to pardon left-wing insurrectionists who bombed the U.S. \u2064Capitol in 1983. Additionally, two dozen Senate Democrats cosponsored a bill to allow post-release felons\u2063 to vote nationwide, claiming that not allowing lawbreakers\u2063 to affect the nation&#8217;s laws\u2064 is &#8220;Jim Crow.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>All 26 Democrat candidates for president in 2020 publicly \u2064supported restoring voting rights for former felons, with five \u2062even supporting voting access for current prisoners. It is clear that many Democrats advocate for ballot access\u2062 for criminals, but they do not extend the same rights to Trump.<\/p>\n<p>There is no guarantee that Trump will be convicted\u200b of any \u2062of the 91 felony counts pending against him.
