That is a deal-breaker \u2063for every \u200bparent,\u200b but especially for Latinos and Hispanics throughout the nation,&#8221; Luna expressed. &#8220;Once you come in, and you\u2063 have almost, in \u200da sense, bridged the \u200bgap to violate the \u200dconscience of our \u2063children \u2014 once\u200c you do that, the only result \u200dwe will \u200bever live with is that you never have access to our children ever again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Luna \u200cis determined to focus\u200d his campaign\u2062 efforts \u2062on Albuquerque, a Democratic stronghold.\u2063 He believes that many residents of the city are unaware of the true agenda\u200d their \u2062party supports. \u200dHowever, \u200conce they become\u2063 informed, Luna claims \u200cthat numerous \u200cvoters\u200b begin to distance\u2062 themselves from the Democratic Party.<\/p>\n<p>Despite New Mexico being traditionally viewed as \u2064a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/cnn-skips-fact-checking-to-run-with-nurses-unverified-story-about-covid-patients-last-dying-words\/\" title=\"CNN Skips Fact-Checking To Run With Nurse's Unverified Story About COVID Patients 'Last Dying Words'\">blue state<\/a>, Luna argues that recent elections during the COVID-19 pandemic have shown that victory is within \u200creach for the Republican Party.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Something\u200b very, very interesting that happened in\u2062 2022 is \u200dwe lost a lot of state House seats by less than 100 votes, and that was because they shut down our economy,&#8221; Luna revealed.\u2063 &#8220;[Democrats] stopped everything here. We had some of the worst Draconian policies \u2063and mandates\u200d being forced on New Mexicans.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Furthermore, Luna pledges to prioritize the fundamental principles upon which the country was founded\u2063 and secure \u2064the U.S.&#8217;s southern\u2064 border with Mexico.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2064 think\u200c the biggest issue is \u200creally our border \u2026 With Texas fortifying their borders\u2062 and then Arizona doing their best as well,\u200b it makes us wide \u200bopen, like a funnel,&#8221; Luna emphasized. &#8220;If we \u2063don&#8217;t have borders, then we&#8217;re\u2063 technically not a nation. And from seeing what\u200b happened to\u200b Israel by just only a \u200dthousand that\u200c came across their border, a lot of people \u2062are actually bracing themselves\u200b for something to \u2063happen in New \u200cMexico \u2063and America.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Luna is \u200bcurrently the sole\u200c major candidate in the Republican Senate race and is expected to face\u200c off against Heinrich in November.
