Robert Menendez \u2063now facing\u2062 new allegations in a second superseding \u2064indictment which was filed\u2064 by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/missouri-man-charged-with-threatening-to-murder-2-us-congressmen\/\" title=\"Missouri Man Charged With Threatening to Murder 2 US Congressmen\">federal grand jury<\/a> from his DOJ prosecution.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to\u200b a report by New York ABC News affiliate WABC \u200bon\u2064 Tuesday,\u200c a\u200b second superseding indictment against Senator \u200bMenendez alleges that he accepted &#8220;luxury watches&#8221; and\u2064 other valuable items in exchange for speaking\u2063 positively about Qatar.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment quotes\u200d co-defendant Fred Daibes asking Menendez, &#8220;How about one of these?&#8221; and subsequently sending the senator a photo of the watches, which ranged in \u200cvalue from $10,000 to $24,000.<\/p>\n<p>Just two days later, on September 29, 2021, Daibes messaged Menendez again, this time regarding a Senate resolution showing support for Qatar. At the time, Daibes \u200cwas also involved in \u200ba real\u2062 estate deal with the Qatari Investment Company.<\/p>\n<p>Senator Menendez \u2063has already faced charges of bribery and &#8220;acting as a foreign agent&#8221; in relation to his dealings with Egypt.<\/p>\n<p>Alicia Menendez, addressing\u2064 the scandal involving her \u2062father, stated that \u200cwhile her network \u2062would continue to cover the news, she would not be \u200creporting on \u200cthe legal case \u200cherself.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I will not be reporting on the legal case. \u200dThat said, my colleagues across MSNBC and \u2064NBC News have aggressively \u200dcovered this story, and they&#8217;ll continue to do so, as they should,&#8221; she clarified.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2> What were the\u2062 new\u2063 allegations against Senator Menendez that prevented Alicia \u2063Menendez from delivering the breaking news herself?<\/h2>\n<p><span>  F &#8220;Deadline White House,&#8221; \u2064Alicia\u200d Menendez, the guest host\u200d and\u2062 daughter of Senator Robert Menendez,\u2063 had teased a breaking news update.
