Surprisingly, the Biden administration has entrusted this group with the distribution of $50 million in taxpayer funds.<\/p>\n<p>The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)\u200d under President Joe Biden announced this decision in a press release, naming Climate Justice Alliance as one of \u200cthe national grantmakers responsible for allocating $50 million to local organizations in the \u2064name of environmental justice. These organizations will primarily collaborate with the alliance, rather than\u200b the Biden administration, in\u200b order to receive the taxpayer funds. As grantmakers, the left-wing nonprofit is responsible for awarding subgrants ranging from $150,000 to $350,000 each and \u2062implementing tracking and reporting systems.<\/p>\n<p>This\u2063 decision raises concerns about how the \u200cBiden administration selected Climate\u2064 Justice Alliance for \u2063this program, especially considering\u2062 the group&#8217;s public condemnation\u2062 of the administration&#8217;s support for Israel.\u2062 Climate Justice Alliance, a network of nearly 90 left-wing environmental groups from across the country, accused President Biden of using US taxpayer dollars to support a policy of genocide in\u200d an October \u200c20 statement.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to criticizing Biden&#8217;s handling of the conflict, Climate Justice Alliance has actively \u2062justified Hamas&#8217;s terror attack on Israel. The group&#8217;s website includes a statement from its sister organization, It Takes Roots, which describes the attack as the most recent escalation in the history of settler-colonialism and \u2063violence across historic Palestine. Climate Justice Alliance \u2062has also released \u200da video titled &#8220;The path to climate justice travels through a free Palestine,&#8221; emphasizing the connection between climate justice and the liberation \u2064of Palestine.<\/p>\n<p>It \u200cis worth noting that some groups affiliated with Climate Justice Alliance have engaged in illegal anti-Israel protests.
