However, her arguments based on the Constitution are flawed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The constitution [sic] is clear,&#8221; wrote Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis on Wednesday. &#8220;[Y]ou \u200cmust be 40 years old and not be an insurrectionist.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, the Constitution actually states that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mike-lee-leads-fight-asking-cdc-why-children-forced-to-wear-masks\/\" title=\"Mike Lee Leads Fight Asking CDC Why Children Forced To Wear Masks\">minimum age requirement<\/a> for the presidency is 35.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>LOL.
