He Was Just Charged Again.\">convicted sex offender<\/a> and accused sex trafficker\u2062 Jeffrey Epstein \u2064that\u200b have been\u2064 under seal since\u2063 his 2019\u200d death must be made public, according to news\u2062 reports.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a Republican congressman \u2063went public the\u200b same day\u200c with an accusation that some of\u200d his \u201ccolleagues\u201d have\u200b been \u2064\u201ccompromised \u200bin this area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According\u200d to the U.K.\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-12881277\/Pedophile-Jeffrey-Epstein-associates-named-unsealed-court-document.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily\u200d Mail<\/a>, a publication that has followed \u200dthe Epstein case closely because of its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/prince-andrew-met-epstein-house-arrest-reveal-court-documents-contradicting-claims\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">British\u2063 ties<\/a>, the names are \u2063part of documents associated \u200bwith a now-settled defamation \u200bcase between Epstein \u2062accuser\u2063 Virginia Roberts-Giuffre and Ghislaine Maxwell,\u200d Epstein\u2019s former\u200d lover and \u200dprocurer.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska of the \u200bSouthern\u2064 District of New York made the \u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/24233235-epsteinorder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruling<\/a> on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnder the ruling, dozens\u2064 of\u2064 individuals \u2014 who\u200d have\u2064 previously\u200d only been identified \u2062as \u2018Jane Does\u2019 or \u2064\u2018John Does\u2019 in various court filings linked \u200cto the suit \u2014 will likely be identified when \u2062materials tied to them are \u2018unsealed in full,&#8217;\u201d the \u2062Daily\u2064 Mail reported.<\/p>\n<p>Some of \u2064the \u201cJane Does\u201d are Epstein\u2019s victims \u2014 young\u200b girls who were brought into\u200c his\u2062 orbit \u2014 though their names\u200c will still \u2064be withheld in some cases, according\u200d to the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>But the more than 170 names in question include \u2064far more than \u2063the unfortunate females who happened to fit Epstein\u2019s \u2064questionable tastes.<\/p>\n<p>The John Does are likely to be Epstein\u2019s \u201cpowerful friends,\u201d as the Daily Mail \u2062described it, and many will become public come the beginning \u2063of\u200c 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Their names \u200dare \u201care set to be exposed as part of a vast unsealing that a judge ordered \u2064on Monday will take place in 14 days,\u201d the \u2064Daily Mail reported.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s not set in \u2063stone. \u200bThe parties involved \u2062have 14 days\u200d to appeal Preska\u2019s ruling, according to the Daily Mail.
