House \u200dRepublicans<\/h2>\n<p>While Senate Republicans were<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/01\/on-biden-corruption-bombshells-gop-senate-leadership-is-indefensibly-silent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> indefensibly silent<\/a> about the Biden family influence-peddling scheme, the\u2064 House Judiciary,\u2062 Oversight, \u2063and Ways and Means Committees uncovered <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/10\/bidens-made-millions-exchanging-political-favors-for-foreign-money-then-tried-to-cover-it-up-oversight-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bank records,<\/a> threatened \u2064FBI\u2063 Director Christopher Wray <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/05\/james-comer-announces-contempt-hearings-for-fbi-director-christopher-wray\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">with contempt<\/a> for his agency\u2019s \u2063lack of cooperation, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/18\/7-things-the-house-oversight-committee-should-ask-irs-whistleblowers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hosted \u2064committee hearings<\/a>, and recorded testimony from several whistleblowers and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/01\/evidence-of-biden-burisma-corruption-is-overwhelming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biden\u2063 business associates<\/a> that contributes to \u2064the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/01\/24\/biden-was-a-national-security-threat-long-before-his-classified-docs-fiasco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">case against Joe Biden<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The House GOP may have hit a\u200b few bumps in the speaker road and are <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/09\/12\/house-launches-formal-impeachment-probe-into-president-joe-bidens-corrupt-family-influence-peddling-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">much slower\u2064 on impeachment<\/a> than anticipated considering\u2064 the\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/09\/29\/yes-the-biden-impeachment-hearing-presented-evidence-of-corruption-lots-of-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">insurmountable evidence<\/a> of corruption, but they deserve at least a little praise for getting this far and\u200c keeping <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/01\/16\/house-republicans-are-investigating-damning-evidence-of-corruption-not-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the focus on Joe instead \u200dof his wayward son<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Sen. Tommy Tuberville<\/h2>\n<p>Sen. Tommy Tuberville was the lone Republican \u200bin the upper \u200dchamber who used \u200bhis objection power to punish the Department of\u2063 Defense for advancing \u2062the Biden administration\u2019s abortion activism.<\/p>\n<p>Even when he sustained attacks from \u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/14\/biden-regime-corporate-media-blame-the-military-abortion-fight-they-started-on-republicans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Democrats, corporate media<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/10\/10\/former-cia-chief-michael-hayden-calls-for-assassination-of-sen-tuberville\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">former intel officials<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/29\/former-defense-secretaries-knocking-tubervilles-pentagon-abortion-policy-protest-have-major-ties-to-americas-military-industrial-complex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">former defense secretaries<\/a>, and even <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/17\/senate-republicans-have-a-choice-back-tuberville-or-fail-a-majority-of-americans-on-abortion-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Senate<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/12\/mcconnell-thune-join-bad-faith-dogpile-on-tuberville-for-fighting-militarys-taxpayer-funded-abortion-racket\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GOP<\/a> leadership for \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/09\/06\/theres-an-easy-solution-if-the-pentagon-is-really-worried-about-national-security-stop-subsidizing-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">impairing \u201cmilitary readiness,\u201d<\/a> Tuberville stood his ground for the majority of Americans who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kofc.org\/en\/resources\/communications\/polls\/2023-kofc-marist-poll-presentation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">say they oppose\u2062 taxpayer-funded abortion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/12\/05\/dont-blame-tuberville-for-dropping-his-pentagon-abortion-protest-blame-his-feckless-gop-colleagues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Senate\u2064 Republicans\u2019<\/a> unwillingness to combat the Pentagon\u2019s abortion extremism and their <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/12\/06\/schumer-thanks-sullivan-and-ernst-for-helping-him-protect-bidens-illegal-military-abortion-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">willingness to partner with Democrats<\/a> to change Senate rules that led Tuberville, after months of singlehandedly fending off the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/virginia-gop-candidate-youngkin-pushes-back-on-allegations-hes-hiding-radical-pro-life-stances\/\" title=\"Virginia GOP Candidate Youngkin Pushes Back On Allegations He\u2019s Hiding Radical Pro-Life Stances\">radical abortion policy<\/a>, to end\u2063 most\u200c of his holds.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals<\/h2>\n<p>This judicial body has issued\u2062 several rulings this year \u2064that help reign \u200bin America\u2019s out-of-control federal government. In\u2062 August, the Fifth Circuit <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/17\/federal-court-upholds-abortion-pill-restrictions-in-significant-pro-life-victory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upheld<\/a> limitations on a dangerous multi-drug abortion\u2063 pill regimen responsible for\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/article\/2022\/02\/medication-abortion-now-accounts-more-half-all-us-abortions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more than half<\/a> of the nation\u2019s abortions and further determined that the Food\u2063 and Drug Administration previously \u201cfailed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-court-upholds-abortion-pill-restrictions-in-significant-pro-life-victory\/\" title=\"Federal Court Upholds Abortion Pill Restrictions, a Major Pro-Life Win\">address major safety concerns<\/a> when it <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sbaprolife\/status\/1691889488807481413?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">loosened<\/a> standards for the\u200d drugs\u2019 use.\u201d The U.S. Supreme Court has since <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/12\/13\/supreme-court-will-decide-whether-to-uphold-ban-on-dangerous-abortions-by-mail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">decided<\/a> to take up the case.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Fifth Circuit \u200calso affirmed a district\u200b court\u2062 ruling barring the Biden administration from colluding with Big Tech\u2064 to censor Americans\u2019 free speech online. After \u200dits <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/15\/in-landmark-free-speech-case-fifth-circuit-judge-likens-government-coercion-of-big-tech-to-mob-boss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">initial ruling<\/a>, the court\u2019s injunction prohibiting this censorship apparatus\u2062 was later <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/10\/05\/fifth-circuit-corrects-critical-error-in-prior-ruling-to-shut-down-deep-state-censorship-tactic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">expanded<\/a> \u2064to include the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security \u2062Agency,\u200d or CISA, a subagency of\u200c the Department of\u200d Homeland Security often referred to as the \u201cnerve center\u201d of\u200d the federal government\u2019s censorship-industrial complex. While the\u2063 Supreme Court <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/10\/23\/supreme-court-temporarily-green-lights-biden-admin-conspiring-with-big-tech-censors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agreed<\/a> in October to hear the case, it\u200d temporarily lifted the lower court\u2019s ban,\u2062 effectively allowing the Biden regime\u2019s censorious partnership with social media companies to continue.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Tucker Carlson<\/h2>\n<p>Tucker\u2064 Carlson should \u200cmake Santa\u2019s nice\u2062 list every year for \u200dbeing <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/27\/either-tucker-carlson-was-a-monotonous-racist-or-he-was-everything-the-media-hate-independent-honest-and-compelling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201ceverything the\u2064 corrupt corporate media hate\u201d<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/26\/tucker-carlson-didnt-just-say-what-no-one-else-would-he-invested-in-people-when-no-one-else-did\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">saying\u200c what no one else will<\/a>. He\u200d solidified his spot this year by consistently doing what our corporate media repeatedly fail to do: <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/18\/in-iowa-tucker-carlson-did-the-job-the-decaying-media-monolith-wont\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ask tough questions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Early in the year, Carlson <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/13\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-tucker-carlsons-j6-tapes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aired\u2063 Jan. 6 tapes<\/a> and raised alarm bells \u2062about Democrats\u2019 culpability in <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/08\/tucker-carlson-indicts-nancy-pelosi-for-january-6-security-failures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capitol \u200dsecurity failures<\/a>.
