Gov. Ron DeSantis becoming major voice for GOP\">potential vice president<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Spicer, another \u2063veteran of the Trump\u200d administration, asked Bannon whether he thought \u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/melania-pushing-hard-tucker-carlson-get-major-role-trump-administration-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tucker Carlson<\/a> would make a good vice\u2062 president and why.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think Tucker would make a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/vp-pence-under-growing-pressure-from-gop-lawmakers-president-trump\/\" title=\"VP Pence under growing pressure from GOP lawmakers, President Trump\">great vice president<\/a>,\u201d Bannon replied. \u201cI\u2063 think\u2064 he\u2019s got a very clear vision of what MAGA and America First \u2063are. He\u2019s got a very clear vision of the \u2026 policies of it, \u200dhe\u2019s savvy in politics\u200c \u2014 and he\u2019s got something that is so important in today, the\u2062 ability to communicate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Bannon said, the chances of \u200bCarlson getting the nod were somewhere on the continuum between slim and none.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy \u2063thinking is very structured that I\u2062 believe President\u2064 Trump will have a female as \u2064the vice president,\u201d Bannon\u200d said, a position\u200b with which Spicer appeared to agree vehemently.<\/p>\n<p>Spicer then asked Bannon to \u201cgive me that \u200blist\u201d \u2062of 10 potential female running\u200c mates. Bannon \u200dstarted with South Dakota Gov. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kristi-noems-reason-not-running-president-subtle-jab-running-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kristi Noem<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKristi\u200b Noem, I \u200cthink, will be very \u200dcompetitive,\u201d Bannon said, \u201cgiven her understanding \u2064of the MAGA movement, \u200dcame out of the Tea \u200cParty, very close to \u2064President \u200cTrump.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bannon quickly listed New York\u2063 Rep. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/gop-rep-stefanik-files-ethics-complaint-judge-engoron-alleging-bizarre-behavior-anti-trump-bias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elise Stefanik<\/a>, Arkansas Gov. and \u2063former \u2063Trump press secretary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/sarah-huckabee-sanders-reveals-2024-endorsement-torches-dems-ridiculous-stance-women\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sarah Huckabee Sanders<\/a>, and South Carolina Rep. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/gop-congresswoman-intrigued-trump-vp-possibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nancy Mace<\/a>, a name Spicer pushed back on, given Mace\u2019s negative past comments about Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe voted to\u2062 send me, Shaun, to a federal prison,\u201d Bannon said, laughing. \u201cAnd [yet] she\u2019s been \u2018War Room\u2019 twice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not saying she\u2019s a perfect candidate, there\u2019s\u2063 not a lot of perfect candidates there, right? All \u200dof them have some pretty big short fallings, at least as of\u2063 now,\u201d he explained. \u201cI think Nancy Mace would have to be included on the list.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst off, just her Trumpian attitude. She comes\u200b at\u200c this \u2062with \u2064a brashness and a\u2063 set of titanium [testicles],\u201d Bannon added. \u201cTrump loves fighters, right?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bannon added a few other names to the list, including former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, current Arizona senate candidate Kari Lake, and Tennessee Sen.
