He needed Joe\u200d Biden\u2019s support for that. And for\u200c that, he\u200c turned to\u2063 James Biden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI probably wouldn\u2019t have hired him if\u200d he wasn\u2019t the senator\u2019s brother,\u201d Scruggs told \u200bthe Post, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/brutal-fbi-source-doc-just-released-says-dog-smarter-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">echoing similar words<\/a> that would later be spoken about Joe Biden\u2019s son, \u2062Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJim was \u200bnever\u2063 untoward about his influence,\u201d Scruggs said, according to the\u200b Post. \u201cHe didn\u2019t brag about it or \u200btalk about it. \u200dHe didn\u2019t have to. He was the \u2064man\u2019s brother.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To be\u200b clear, the\u2063 conversations where\u2062 James Biden was recorded by the FBI were taken down as part of an \u200dinvestigation\u200d of Scruggs and his\u200b associates\u200d \u2014 <em>not<\/em> James Biden.<\/p>\n<p>But they did capture \u2062a flavor \u2064of James Biden\u2019s influence \u200cpeddling \u2014 and that was just when his brother \u200cwas a senator,\u200d not the \u200bvice president.<\/p>\n<p>Two of \u2064the tapes are in the X post below.<\/p>\n<p>The first\u200b is of Tim Balducci, a\u2063 lawyer and Scruggs \u2062associate who was planning to go into \u200bbusiness with James \u200bBiden and another man\u200c as partners in a \u200b\u201cconsulting group,\u201d as the Post \u200cput it.\u2064 He was describing to James Biden a conversation he had\u2064 with Scruggs \u2063about his\u2062 hopes\u2062 for the fledgling business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI told him we had formalized\u2064 our relationship with you guys,\u201d Balducci told \u200dBiden in the Sept. 27, \u20632007 conversation, according to the Post.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2064 told him about the real\u200b Washington presence, that \u2063this was not going to be a bulls***, you\u200d know, a shingle hung somewhere in the window. That\u2064 this was a real deal, that Sara was coming on, you know, as a named partner, an \u200bequity share in the venture, that we \u200cwere changing the\u2062 name of the firm to include \u2062her.\u200c \u2026 Hunter was\u200c going to be involved, and you were going \u200bto be involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yep. \u2064With \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cbs-news-uncovers-150-banking-transactions-involving-hunter-james-biden-flagged-concerning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter and James Biden<\/a> \u2063 \u2014 along with James\u2019 wife, \u200dSara \u2014 this \u2063was going to\u2062 be the \u201creal deal,\u201d all right.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200dsecond is of James Biden speaking \u2014 apparently again \u2063to Balducci \u2014 on Oct. 15, 2007, about James Biden\u2019s\u2062 potential role as a consultant for the chief of the \u200bMississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, who had applied with the Bureau of Indian\u2062 Affairs to use 100 acres of \u2063tribal land to open a \u200d$375 million casino. Sara just rolled\u200b her eyes at me. So,\u200c but being a whore about it, OK, you know, like everybody\u2064 just jumping in,\u2064 like,\u2062 \u2018Let me do your insurance, \u2064let me do your \u200blegal.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Well, heaven forbid anyone should think of the word \u201cwhore\u201d\u200c in relation to any Biden. (It\u2019s more polite \u200bto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-sues-irs-cries-whistleblowers-sought-embarrass-using-tax-returns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">refer to Hunter\u2019s doxies<\/a> as \u201cprostitutes.\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>Nothing much ever came from either phone call. As the Post reported,the new \u201cconsultant\u201d \u2063firm of Balducci, James Biden \u2063and Steve Patterson,\u200c a man whom Joe Biden met through his\u2063 Senate colleague\u2063 segregationist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/remember-trumps-charlottesville-quote-video-resurfaces-biden-also-calling-called-confederate-group-fine-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Democratic Sen. John Stennis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Patterson was a Stennis aide who had gone on to become the chairman of the \u2064Mississipp Democratic Party and chairman of Joe Biden\u2019s first campaign for president in 1988.<\/p>\n<p>Just\u200b before it was going to open for business, \u200cthough, Balducci had what must have\u2062 been\u200b an unpleasant discussion with the FBI, who confronted him \u200dwith trying to bribe a\u2063 judge on Scruggs\u2019 behalf. Balducci became\u200c an informant against \u200dScruggs.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2063 kind\u2063 of thing can \u200bput a crimp in new business plans. In a further crimp, Patterson ended\u2064 up caught in the snare and \u200bserved two years in prison, \u2062according to the\u200b Post. Scruggs got about five years for his role in the judge-bribing case as well \u200das another case, \u200baccording to the Post. And \u2062Balducci got two years,\u200d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wlbt.com\/story\/9844446\/former-attorney-and-state-auditor-sentenced-for-involvement-in-scruggs-bribery-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WLBT-TV<\/a> in Jackson,\u200b Mississippi.<\/p>\n<p>So, out of three \u2063<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/another-dossier-source-viewed-clinton-favorably-and-other-key-moments-from-day-3-of-danchenkos-trial\/\" title=\"Another Dossier Source Viewed Clinton Favorably and Other Key Moments From Day 3 of Danchenko\u2019s Trial\">potential business partners<\/a> in \u200dthe \u201cconsulting\u2062 group,\u201d two ended up\u200c in \u200dfederal prison, and one is still the brother of the current president of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>That should make Americans comfortable knowing the\u2063 Biden family is so above reproach.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Post, the \u200bWhite House declined to answer \u200bwritten questions about the\u2064 case.<\/p>\n<p>James Biden\u2019s\u2062 attorney, meanwhile, downplayed any interaction between the Biden brothers in a business sense.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJim Biden\u2019s\u2063 consulting\u2064 work has never\u2063 involved speaking with or providing access to his\u2062 brother for this \u2062or any other client,\u201d the attorney, Paul J. Fishman \u200ctold the Post, presumably by email.<\/p>\n<p>As to the conversation that included the \u201cwhore\u201d line, Fishman told the Post that James Biden \u201cwas discussing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pinkerton-trouble-in-bidenville-6-takeaways-on-bidens-infrastructure-bill\/\" title=\"Pinkerton: Trouble in Bidenville \u2013 6 Takeaways on Biden's Infrastructure Bill\">potential opportunity<\/a> to \u2064sell insurance to the \u2064Choctaw tribe, but he never pursued that business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And as to James Biden\u2019s\u200b involvement with Balducci and Patterson, \u2062Fishman \u200btold the Post,\u2063 \u201cmore than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/9-box-office-duds-that-became-cult-classics\/\" title=\"9 Box Office Duds That Became Cult Classics\">fifteen years ago<\/a>, Jim\u2063 and Sara Biden had serious discussions \u2026 \u200cabout starting a firm that would provide legal \u200band consulting services. That venture never got \u200doff the ground. Jim and Sara\u200d were\u200c not aware\u200b of or involved\u200b in any \u2063unethical or illegal behavior\u201d \u2062on the\u2063 part of Balducci and Patterson.<\/p>\n<p>Of course\u200d not. Why \u200bwould anything think otherwise?
