min-height: 50px; text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-3'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>The girl was allegedly raped by an 11-year-old student on \u2062the way home from Match Charter Public School in Hyde Park, right in\u2064 front\u200b of the bus driver and monitor.<\/p>\n<p>Due to their contract with Transdev, \u2063Match Charter Schools, Transdev Services, and Boston Public \u2062Schools are being sued by \u2062the \u2063family of the nine-year-old girl.<\/p>\n<p>According \u200cto the lawsuit that\u2064 Morgan &#038; \u200cMorgan filed in Suffolk Superior Court, the assaults\u2064 happened over the course of\u200c seven months in the 2022\u20132023 \u200bacademic \u2063year.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThere is a nine-year-old child in\u200c Boston who was raped repeatedly on her way home from\u2062 school over an entire school year,\u201d attorneys \u2064Nina Bonelli and Alexander Zodikoff said in\u2064 a statement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According \u2063to the \u2064lawsuit, the girl reported the \u200cassaults to her two friends, who notified the school administration.<\/p>\n<p>The bus company informed the family that\u2063 no security camera\u200c footage was available when they requested it.<\/p>\n<p>According to Boston Public Schools, the onboard camera \u2064footage had already been deleted when the report was\u2063 completed, which was five months\u200d after the\u200b assaults.<\/p>\n<p>A Boston \u2062Public Schools spokesman stated\u2063 that a \u2062Match Charter School is \u2063legally required to look into any incidents involving its students.<\/p>\n<p>According \u200bto the family\u2019s attorneys, the \u2062nine-year-old girl was forced to drop out of school before completing the\u2064 fourth grade due to physical \u2063and mental harm.<\/p>\n<p>Stay \u200cinformed!
