While debatable,\u2063 Bannon&#8217;s defense was rooted in the law\u2062 and is currently\u2062 being reviewed in the\u2064 federal appellate process. \u2064He was sentenced to \u200cfour months \u2064in prison.<\/p>\n<p>Will Hunter Biden face the same consequences?
