Avoid the holiday rush and hustle by getting a head start now.\">homemade gifts<\/a> \u2064on Amazon\u2064 \u2014 but he was going\u200d to pay her twice the money that\u200c had been frozen by the lawsuit his team had filed, apparently unbeknownst to him.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wfla.com\/8-on-your-side\/better-call-behnken\/pinellas-woman-who-sold-luke-combs-themed-tumblers-owes-country-star-250000-judge-rules\/?fbclid=IwAR1vs7vZYgKl5fZYMy2BFW09w9sW6DE8Z587j6q3jdYVRso-i4IIVnFTwAE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WFLA-TV<\/a> in Tampa, Florida, reported \u200con the case \u200cof Harness, whose only employment was selling tumblers and T-shirts she\u200b made on \u200bthe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/jewish-mom-disturbed-amazon-delivers-book-israel-covered-pro-palestinian-stickers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online mega-market<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tampabay.com\/life-culture\/music\/music-news\/2023\/12\/13\/luke-combs-tumbler-lawsuit-amazon-merch-pinellas-florida-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinellas Park woman<\/a>, it said, is \u201ca big Luke\u2063 Combs\u2062 fan, and says after she went to his concert in Tampa \u2062this\u2064 summer she decided to\u2063 start offering a Luke Combs-themed tumbler. She says she bought artwork online and sold 18 tumblers for $20 each, \u200cfor a total of $380.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, she\u2019s learned Combs sued\u200d her in federal court \u200din Illinois, along with various others, for selling counterfeit merchandise,\u201d WFLA reported. \u201cThe\u200d worst part \u2014 the case is already closed, and the judge ordered each\u2064 defendant, including Harness, to pay $250,000 to Combs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s very stressful. I don\u2019t have money to pay my bills,\u201d Harness told \u2063the\u200c station.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just want\u200b this resolved. I didn\u2019t mean any harm to Luke Combs. I quit selling the tumbler. I pulled it down. I just don\u2019t understand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI sent\u200c so\u2062 many\u2064 messages to Amazon asking for answers but \u2063couldn\u2019t figure it out,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Harness told the station that an email that got \u200cput in her junk folder notified her of the lawsuit in October and gave \u2064her just 21 days to \u200dissue a response.
