Obria provided over 1,500 pages of documentation in response, but when Ferguson made further demands, the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) sued him to stop the alleged harassment.<\/p>\n<p>The nonprofits are seeking an injunction to prevent the enforcement of Ferguson&#8217;s demands, \u2064allowing them to freely express their beliefs, exercise their faith, and continue providing services to women and men facing difficult pregnancy circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>ADF Senior Counsel Tim Garrison stated, &#8220;Our clients\u2064 have already expended\u200b exorbitant time and financial \u2063resources trying to comply with the unreasonable demands made by Washington\u2019s attorney general, \u200band we urge the court to swiftly halt his unlawful actions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit argues\u2062 that the investigative demands violate the nonprofits&#8217; rights\u2062 protected by the\u200d First, Fourth, and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>ADF contends that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/arrest-warrant-issued-for-abortion-doctor-accused-of-running-over-pro-life-protester-with-his-car\/\" title=\"Abortion doctor wanted for running over pro-life protester.
