Unless U.S. Attorney Weiss investigates \u2062all those involved in the Bidens&#8217; fraudulent activities, \u200bit will be evident that President \u200bBiden&#8217;s \u200bDOJ is protecting Hunter Biden \u200dand the &#8216;big guy&#8217;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY) used the opportunity to demand accountability from Hunter Biden if he fails \u2064to comply with Congress&#8217;s subpoena.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Stefanik Calls for Accountability<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;If Hunter Biden\u200b refuses to cooperate with \u200ca lawfully issued Congressional\u200c subpoena, he \u200cshould face the full consequences of the law,&#8221; Stefanik asserted. &#8220;There cannot \u2062be a double standard where the Biden name grants special treatment while the rest of \u2063America abides by different rules.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>On the other hand, Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorney, Abbe Lowell,\u200c argued that his client was being targeted solely because of his last name.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Attorney Claims Political Motives<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Based on the facts and the \u200blaw, if Hunter&#8217;s\u200c last name was anything other than Biden, the charges \u200bin Delaware, and now California, would not have been brought,&#8221; Lowell stated.
