Because his obsession to get Donald \u2063Trump is starting to remind me of Liz Cheney\u2019s similar derangement syndrome toward the former\u200d president. It\u2019s seriously\u200d unhinged.<\/p>\n<p>No one knows who Castro is, to\u200d begin\u2062 with, yet he \u200cevidently plans to pull past\u200b Trump to win the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/campaign-2024-an-early-look-at-the-possible-republican-contenders\/\" title=\"Campaign 2024: An Early Look At The Possible Republican Contenders\">2024 presidential election<\/a>. I say \u2063this contemplating\u2062 the odds that anyone \u2064can actually\u200d catch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-dominates-biden-clean-sweep-new-poll-key-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> \u200b in the\u200b polls.<\/p>\n<p>According\u200b to <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.fivethirtyeight.com\/polls\/president-primary-r\/2024\/national\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FiveThirtyEight<\/a>,\u200b Trump \u2062is\u2063 polling at 59.6 percent, followed by\u2064 Florida\u200b Gov. Ron DeSantis at 12.7 \u2063percent.<\/p>\n<p>Castro realizes this, too\u2062 \u2014\u200d which is the reason the Texas attorney \u2064continues to try \u2063to oust Trump from the\u200d ballot, filing 27 lawsuits\u2062 nationwide already.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s hoping that Section 3 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawfaremedia.org\/current-projects\/the-trump-trials\/section-3-litigation-tracker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">14th\u2064 Amendment<\/a>, which\u2063 bars insurrectionists \u200dfrom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/left-launches-effort-to-win-midterms-by-disqualifying-republicans-for-insurrection\/\" title=\"Left Launches Effort to Win Midterms by Disqualifying Republicans for 'Insurrection'\">holding federal office<\/a>, will apply to Trump.<\/p>\n<p>No state has \u200dseen it this way thus far, including \u200bmost recently in New Hampshire, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/rhode-island-judge-deals-blow-democrat-agenda-trump-cheering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rhode Island<\/a>, and \u200bFlorida. \u2063Arizona now concurs. \u2062Worse yet for\u200c Castro, an \u2063Obama-appointed federal court judge agrees.<\/p>\n<p>As Trump commented in a statement, \u201cEvery one\u200d of these \u2018Castro Cases\u2019 [is] not\u2062 only\u200d a feeble attempt to interfere with \u2062the 2024\u2063 presidential election, but they are a huge \u2064waste\u200c of time for our nation\u2019s judiciary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to\u200c the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/12\/06\/federal-judge-huge-victory-trump-bid-remove-arizona-ballot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Caller<\/a>, U.S.\u200c District Judge Douglas Rayes ruled that \u2064Castro does not have standing to sue, because\u200d there is no evidence\u2064 Castro has supporters in Arizona, or\u2064 that \u2064he\u200b is truly running\u200d for office.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, wake \u2063up, Castro. No one sees your side. He wants \u2064to do away with the biggest\u2063 threat \u2063to\u2062 afford himself the\u2063 fighting chance he somehow believes he has.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2063 dismissed case \u2062is a huge\u200b win for Trump. It sends \u2062a strong signal that tolerance for lawsuits like these is running low among <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-releases-list-of-president-trumps-accomplishments-and-it-is-historic\/\" title=\"White House Releases List of President Trump\u2019s Accomplishments \u2013  And It Is Historic!\">federal judges<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, it\u2064 is difficult to see this and fathom what is\u2062 currently happening \u200cin\u200d Florida. Despite lacking any significant support or recognition, Castro continues to file\u200d lawsuits in an attempt to remove Trump from the 2024 \u2062presidential election. However, his efforts have been futile so far, as no \u200bstate or court has ruled in his favor. Even \u200can Obama-appointed federal court judge has rejected Castro\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n<p>Trump himself has expressed his frustration with what he calls the &#8220;Castro Cases,&#8221; stating that\u2064 they \u2062are not only an attempt to interfere with \u2063the upcoming election but also a waste\u200b of\u2062 time \u200dfor the\u2062 judiciary. He argues that Castro&#8217;s actions are baseless and merely serve as a distraction from the important issues at\u200d hand.<\/p>\n<p>The recent ruling by U.S. \u2063District Judge Douglas Rayes further undermines Castro&#8217;s\u2062 credibility. Rayes determined that Castro lacks standing to \u2062sue and has\u200c provided no evidence of\u200b his supporters or \u200dhis genuine intention to run\u2063 for\u2064 office. In reality, Castro&#8217;s obsession seems to be driven by personal vendetta\u2064 rather than any legitimate political ambition.<\/p>\n<p>It\u200b is evident that Castro&#8217;s efforts are in vain. He is unlikely to find any significant campaign contributors and is not a \u200bthreat to\u200d Trump&#8217;s candidacy. His obsession with Trump not only highlights his own \u200cderangement but\u200d also raises the question of \u2062whether Trump is being politically persecuted.<\/p>\n<p>With Trump consistently leading in the polls and enjoying widespread support, it is clear that the majority of Americans recognize his achievements and value his\u2063 leadership. Castro&#8217;s attempts to undermine Trump&#8217;s candidacy\u2064 only serve to portray him as someone out of touch with the reality and aspirations of the American people.<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, John Anthony Castro&#8217;s obsession with Trump is\u200b both misguided and ineffective. His baseless lawsuits and lack of support\u200c highlight his own derangement rather than any legitimate political concern.
