Jim Jordan of Ohio, Chairman of\u2062 the House Judiciary Committee, expressed\u2063 astonishment upon hearing Kristen Clarke, Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice\u2019s Civil Rights Division, tell his committee that she had no familiarity with a landmark free-speech case<\/a> now before the U.S. Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know what we say,\u201d Jordan exasperatedly admitted in\u2063 a clip\u2062 posted Wednesday to\u2062 the social media platform<\/a> X.<\/p>\n
