Anyone who dares to raise \u2063questions about the hundreds of \u2062millions of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/tag\/zuckbucks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zuckbucks<\/a>\u201d poured into local election offices, \u200bBig \u200bTech <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/22\/fbi-knew-hunter-bidens-laptop-was-authentic-a-year-before-pressuring-big-tech-to-censor-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">censorship<\/a>, unlawful <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/10\/25\/democrats-campaign-to-disbar-john-eastman-is-designed-to-criminalize-republican-election-challenges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">changing<\/a> of election laws, or <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/08\/wisconsin-supreme-court-drops-hammer-on-2020-election-shenanigans-ballot-drop-boxes-are-illegal-under-wisconsin-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">illegal\u2063 use<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/top-3-things-tucker-carlson-says-the-regime-doesnt-want-you-talking-about\/\" title=\"Tucker Carlson's Unspoken Topics\">ballot\u2063 drop boxes<\/a> in\u200d states\u200d like Wisconsin \u2014 all\u200d to the benefit of Democrats \u2014 is\u2062 immediately \u200clabeled as an \u200b\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/22\/the-election-denier-smear-is-the-dumbest-rhetorical-device-in-modern-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">election denier<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>A Bombshell Story Ignored by\u200d Regime-Approved \u201cJournalists\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>So, it should come as no surprise that regime-approved \u201cjournalists\u201d are largely \u200bignoring a bombshell story out of Louisiana,\u200b where a\u2062 judge just ordered a new election in a local race for sheriff after \u200cit was discovered \u2064there was \u200cenough voter fraud to\u200d call into question the outcome. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/louisiana-sheriff-election-voter-fraud-1849952\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Newsweek<\/a>, the case\u200c centers on the Nov. 18 race for Caddo Parish sheriff, in \u2064which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kamala-harris-claims-trump-admin-had-no-vaccine-distribution-plan\/\" title=\"Kamala Harris claims Trump admin. had no vaccine distribution plan\">initial results<\/a> indicated\u2064 that \u2062Democrat Henry Whitehorn defeated\u200d Republican John Nickelson\u200b by one vote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The closeness of the race \u200dprompted a recount that discovered \u201cthree additional votes for each candidate\u201d and resulted \u2063in \u200dWhitehorn \u2063being\u200c declared the victor. Nickelson \u200bsubsequently filed a \u2063lawsuit contesting the election in \u200dresponse, arguing, \u200cas Newsweek summarized, that \u201cthe count was done too quickly and could not be accurate.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Extensive Irregularities Merit a New Election<\/h3>\n<p>In his Tuesday decision, Ad hoc Judge Joe Bleich determined\u2064 there were \u200dextensive irregularities meriting a new election, including \u200c\u201ctwo people [who] voted twice, five mail-in ballots [that] should not have\u2064 been counted for failure to \u2064comply \u2063with the law, and \u2026 four\u2064 invalid votes by interdicted persons who were unqualified voters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis \u2062runoff\u200b election involved \u2062a one-vote margin. It was\u2063 proven beyond any doubt that\u2062 there \u200bwere at\u2064 least 11 illegal votes cast and counted.\u2063 It is \u200clegally impossible to know what the\u200b true vote should have been,\u201d Bleich wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Bleich \u2063further\u200b ordered \u2062that a new runoff election be\u2062 held next year, with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktbs.com\/news\/judge-orders-new-caddo-sheriffs-election\/article_673d6fb2-938d-11ee-815b-77dfd7b11232.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">earliest\u2062 possible date<\/a> being \u200dMarch \u206223. That date could be \u200csubject to change, however, as Whitehorn\u2063 has appealed the decision to the 2nd\u2063 Circuit\u200d Court \u2062of Appeal. The \u200ccase\u2062 could ultimately make its\u200d way to the Louisiana Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Illegalities in U.S. Elections Extend Beyond Louisiana<\/h3>\n<p>But Caddo Parish\u2019s sheriff \u200celection is hardly the only instance of illegalities documented in\u200d U.S. elections in recent months. Earlier this year, for instance, a Connecticut superior court <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/11\/02\/judge-overturns-bridgeport-mayoral-election-due-to-evidence-of-mail-ballot-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ordered<\/a> a new mayoral primary election in Bridgeport after it was determined \u200bthere was enough <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-overturns-bridgeport-mayoral-election-due-to-evidence-of-mail-ballot-fraud\/\" title=\"Bridgeport mayoral election overturned due to mail ballot fraud evidence.\">fraud involving absentee ballots<\/a> to warrant a new contest. While initial\u200d results showed\u2062 incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim beating challenger John Gomes by 251 votes, surveillance footage released after the election showed what appeared to\u2062 be a city employee\u200d affiliated with Ganim\u2019s\u2064 campaign \u200d\u201cstuffing ballot \u2064boxes.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Gomes initially led Ganim among votes cast\u200b in person. It \u2062wasn\u2019t until after \u2063the\u200b absentee ballots\u200b were counted that Ganim eclipsed his challenger.<\/p>\n<p>In determining\u200b there was enough\u200d evidence to call into question the\u200b election\u2019s legitimacy, the judge presiding over the case \u200coverturned the election, ruling that another Democrat primary\u2062 and subsequent\u200d general contest would be held if \u200dGanim won the\u200c originally scheduled\u2064 general on Nov. 7. \u2062With Ganim having been declared the winner of that election, a new Democrat primary has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtnh.com\/news\/elections\/new-date-set-for-the-bridgeport-democratic-mayoral-primary-election-source\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">set \u2063for<\/a> Jan. 23.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Shawn Fleetwood \u2064is a staff writer\u2064 for \u200dThe Federalist and a graduate of the University of Mary Washington. Follow him\u200b on Twitter @ShawnFleetwood<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2> \u2063How have Democrats and their\u200c media allies responded to claims of election irregularities and voter fraud?<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Ourt \u2063for a\u2064 final\u2062 ruling.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Pattern of Denial and Suppression<\/h3>\n<p>This \u200dcase in Louisiana is just one example of the mounting evidence of election irregularities that Democrats\u200c and their media allies dismiss and \u200csuppress. \u2062From \u2063the refusal to investigate \u2064widespread claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election to\u200b the suppression of information regarding\u2064 Hunter \u2062Biden&#8217;s laptop, Democrats and\u2063 the media \u2063have consistently sought to downplay or ignore any evidence that \u200bchallenges their preferred narrative.<\/p>\n<p>Even the term\u2063 &#8220;election denier&#8221; is\u2063 used as a smokescreen to attack and discredit anyone who raises\u2064 legitimate concerns about election integrity.\u200d Instead of engaging in a thoughtful and open discussion about the flaws and vulnerabilities in our election system, those \u200cwho dare to question the status quo are labeled as \u2063conspiracy theorists or extremists.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s clear that Democrats and their media allies are more interested in protecting their own power and agenda than ensuring the integrity and fairness of our elections. By denying and dismissing any evidence\u2064 of irregularities,\u2063 they undermine public trust in the electoral process and perpetuate a system that is rife with potential for abuse.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Importance of Holding Election Officials Accountable<\/h3>\n<p>The Louisiana \u2062case\u2062 also highlights the importance of holding election officials accountable for their actions. In this\u200d instance, it was the judge\u200b who recognized the irregularities and ordered a new election. Without individuals like Judge Joe Bleich, who are willing to uphold the law and demand transparency, \u2064these incidents of\u2063 fraud\u2062 and misconduct would go unchecked.<\/p>\n<p>We must continue to demand that election officials adhere to the highest standards of integrity and transparency. This includes thorough investigations into any allegations of wrongdoing and \u200cswift action to \u200brectify any proven irregularities. Our democracy depends on it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The evidence of election irregularities continues to mount, despite the denials and suppression from Democrats and their media allies.
