Not anymore.\u2064 Transgender ideologues have now infiltrated every aspect of society \u2014 especially our schools.<\/p>\n<p>In Colorado, some school administrators and teachers are being \u2064accused of intentionally subjecting vulnerable students to transgender ideology without the parents knowing about it, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/court-hands-transgender-student-crushing-defeat-suing-dress-code-policy-graduation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Daily Signal<\/a> reported Monday.<\/p>\n<p>During a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nfl-team-humiliates-opponents-with-massively-lopsided-win-are-we-looking-at-a-real-super-bowl-contender\/\" title=\"NFL Team Humiliates Opponents with Massively Lopsided Win - Are We Looking at a Real Super Bowl Contender?\">cross-country \u2063trip<\/a> in June, Jefferson County Public Schools \u2064\u201cassigned a fifth-grade girl to sleep in the same bed with a fifth-grade boy who identifies as transgender <em>without<\/em> notifying the girl or her parents,\u201d according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/first-heritage-foundation.s3.amazonaws.com\/live_files\/2023\/12\/2023.12.04-Wailes-Demand-Letter_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">demand letter<\/a> \u200bsent to the system and Superintendent Tracy Dorland by Alliance Defending Freedom.<\/p>\n<p>ADF is representing the 11-year-old girl\u2019s parents, Joe\u200b and Serena Wailes, who want the school to answer for its policies,\u200c according to The Daily Signal.<\/p>\n<p>The Waileses say their\u2064 daughter went on a school-sponsored field trip\u2063 to Philadelphia and Washington with the assurances\u200d from the JCPS that boys and girls would be roomed on different floors.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ADF letter, chaperones were to make it known that boys would not be allowed to visit the girls\u2019 floor\u200d and vice versa. Serena Wailes\u2064 was on the trip \u2063with\u2064 her daughter, but she was not a chaperone.<\/p>\n<p>The Wailes\u2019 daughter, identified as \u201cD.W.,\u201d was assigned to a room with three other students, \u2064the letter said. Two\u200c of the students were girls from her school. The third was a boy \u2063who identified as a girl and attended a different school. The\u2064 boy was \u2063identified \u200bas \u201cK.E.M.\u201d in the letter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were definitely not aware of that before we went on the trip,\u201d \u200cSerena Wailes \u2064told The Daily Signal in a phone interview. She said the boy was wearing girls\u2019\u200b clothing and had longer hair.<\/p>\n<p>D.W. \u200band K.E.M. were assigned to the same \u200cbed, according to the letter. \u200dWhen the students were in their room together that evening, K.E.M.\u200d told the girls he was\u2064 a boy who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bidens-suspicious-tale-abused-10-year-old-girl-needing-abortion-unravels-storys-sole-source-identified\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">identified as a girl<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>D.W. wasn\u2019t having it. She was afraid to share a bed with a boy, so she sneaked into the \u2064bathroom and called her mother. She then\u2063 went \u2064downstairs and met Wailes in the lobby.<\/p>\n<p>Wailes said her daughter was \u201cterrified and really upset about the idea\u200b of \u200csharing a bed with a biological boy\u2064 \u2014 even though she had a good relationship with this \u2063other\u200b student.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Imagine how the child must have felt. She knew what she was \u2064being asked to do was wrong even though <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/high-school-student-arrested-authorities-discover-actually-29\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">school authorities<\/a> had told her to do it. Thankfully, her parents weren\u2019t woke. Imagine if they had been.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was really upset,\u201d Serena Wailes told The Daily Signal. \u201cOne, I was really upset that she was put in that\u200b situation at 11 years old \u200c\u2014 I don\u2019t feel that is fair to put kids \u200bin \u200dthat kind of\u2063 situation \u2014 and two, that we were not even given the information that this was a possibility before the trip. The whole time they\u2019re saying, \u2018Girls on one floor, boys on another, they\u2019re not going to be in each other\u2019s rooms unless \u2062it is \u200bpreapproved.\u2019 So we\u2019re going through this whole process, not even recognizing that this is \u2064a\u2064 possibility.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wailes called \u2064her husband from the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI \u2064felt a bit helpless,\u201d he \u200bsaid. \u201cI was 2,000 miles away. My daughter is scared \u2062in a bathroom trying to\u200d get herself out of a \u2063situation. It was a frustrating experience, and I just really felt like it was not a situation my daughter should \u200bbe put in.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dad-daughter-get-payouts-school-district-settles-transgender-outrage-case-resounding-victory-freedom-speech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alliance Defending Freedom<\/a> is demanding the Jefferson \u2064County School \u200dBoard and Dorland make clear \u201cwhether JCPS will continue this practice of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dont-invite-parents-school-teacher-called-lgbt-club-bubbles-to-keep-it-from-being-identified-emails-show\/\" title=\"Teacher used code name \u2018Bubbles\u2019 to hide LGBT club from parents, emails reveal\">intentionally withholding information<\/a>\u200c about rooming accommodations from parents like the Waileses, who\u2063 object to their children rooming with a student of the opposite sex,\u2062 regardless of the other student\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-has-signed-40-executive-orders-and-actions-since-taking-office\/\" title=\"Biden has signed 40 executive orders and actions since taking office\">gender identity<\/a>,\u201d the letter said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis practice renders it impossible\u200b for these parents to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/oregon-governor-encourages-people-to-call-police-on-neighbors-violating-covid-orders\/\" title=\"Oregon Governor Encourages People To Call Police On Neighbors Violating COVID Orders\">make informed decisions<\/a> about their children\u2019s privacy, upbringing, and participation in school-sponsored programs,\u201d the group said. \u201cAdditionally, our clients request information related to JB R-1 and \u200cthe ability to opt out of this rooming policy for \u200call future\u2062 school trips.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When confronted about the situation, chaperones informed the school\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/middle-school-student-suspended-banned-sporting-events-principal-says-war-paint-actually-blackface-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">principal<\/a>, Ryan Lucas, one of the trip \u2062leaders. Lucas then called the boy\u2019s parents, according to the letter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK.E.M.\u2019s \u2063parents confirmed their child\u2019s transgender gender identity and that K.E.M. was to\u2063 be in \u2018stealth mode,\u2019 meaning students\u200d on the \u2064trip would not know about their child\u2019s transgender status,\u201d the letter \u2064said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStealth mode\u201d? If that doesn\u2019t sound like an intentional infiltration of transgender \u2063ideology \u200dinto the minds of \u200bunsuspecting schoolchildren, I don\u2019t know what does.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThroughout the entire evening, \u2063K.E.M.\u2019s \u2063privacy and feelings were always the primary concern of JCPS employees,\u201d the letter said. \u201cAfter JCPS disregarded D.W.\u2019s privacy and the Waileses\u2019 parental rights, JCPS then silenced D.W., thus infringing on her freedom of speech, when a\u200c JCPS teacher told the \u2062three girls that they were \u200bnot allowed to tell anyone that K.E.M. was transgender, even though K.E.M. voluntarily chose to \u2062share \u2063this information.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Finally, after some back and forth,\u200d the chaperones agreed to move \u200cthe male student to another room \u2014 with another female student!<\/p>\n<p>Get it? The Wailes girl is\u200c now \u2064the culprit because she made a fuss. Shift the\u2062 blame. Normalize \u200cthe unnormal.<\/p>\n<p>The school district\u2019s policy states that \u201cin most\u200c cases,\u201d rooms are assigned based \u2064on a student\u2019s gender\u2063 identity rather than biological sex, according to the demand letter.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently,\u2064 it doesn\u2019t matter what the parents think. From the\u200c school\u2019s perspective, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal  <\/p>\n<h2> How\u200c can schools improve\u2064 transparency \u200band communication with parents regarding important matters concerning their\u200c children&#8217;s education and well-being?<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Sored\u2062 activities, and violates \u200btheir fundamental rights \u200das\u200c parents to direct \u2064the upbringing and education of\u200d their children,\u201d the letter continued.<\/p>\n<p>The issue of transgender ideology being imposed on children \u200cwithout parental \u2064consent is not limited to this\u2063 specific\u200d case in Colorado. \u2063It is a growing concern across the country. Parents are increasingly finding themselves powerless and betrayed by educational institutions that should prioritize the well-being and safety of their \u2063children.<\/p>\n<p>This incident highlights the lack \u200bof transparency \u200band communication between schools and parents. It is unacceptable \u2064for parents to be kept in the dark about important \u2063matters concerning their children\u2019s education and well-being. Parents should \u2063have \u2064the right to\u2062 be involved in \u2063decisions that directly impact their children, especially when it comes to sensitive issues like transgender ideology.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, \u200bthe incident raises questions about the safety \u200dand privacy \u2064of students. It is not \u2064appropriate for a child to be assigned to sleep in the same bed as a student\u200c of the opposite sex\u2062 without prior consent from \u200dparents. Such actions disregard the boundaries and privacy rights of students, potentially causing emotional\u200d distress and discomfort.<\/p>\n<p>Children should feel safe and\u2063 protected within the school environment. \u2062They should \u200bbe able to trust that adults in authority positions will prioritize their well-being and create\u200d a safe space for them to learn and grow. However, incidents\u2062 like this erode that\u2062 trust\u200b and leave children vulnerable\u200d to unnecessary \u200cemotional turmoil.<\/p>\n<p>It is crucial for schools \u200bto establish \u2064clear policies and guidelines regarding issues related to transgender ideology and student accommodations. \u200bThese policies should take\u2062 into consideration the rights and concerns\u200c of all \u2062students and their parents. Open and honest communication between schools and parents is \u2062essential \u200cto ensure that the well-being and privacy of all\u200c students are respected.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore,\u2063 it is imperative for parents to become proactive and engaged in their children\u2019s education.\u200d They must be aware of the policies and practices implemented by educational institutions and advocate for their children\u2019s rights and safety.
