Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992<\/a>, the president \u200cwill have the ultimate\u2063 authority to postpone disclosure of UAP records if there is \u200can \u201cidentifiable\u2064 harm\u201d to national\u2064 security,\u200d but otherwise calls for their release \u201cnot later than the date that is 25 \u200cyears after the date of the first creation\u201d of \u200dthe \u2063documents \u200dby \u200cthe originating government\u200b entities.<\/p>\n<p>Among \u200bthe many provisions in the UAP amendment was a \u2062section that said the federal government shall \u201cexercise eminent domain \u200bover any and all \u200crecovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of\u200c non-human\u2062 intelligence \u2062that may be\u2063 controlled\u2063 by private persons\u200c or entities in the interests of the public\u200d good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While\u2062 it\u2062 remains to be seen \u200cwhat the final NDAA will look like, the U.S. government has already started\u200d making strides in \u2062publicly addressing and studying reports of UAPs with the \u2062Department of \u2063Defense\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/top-pentagon-ufo-investigator-calling-it-quits-hopes-anomalous-tech-is-alien-not-other-people-in-our-back-yard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">All-domain Anomaly \u2064Resolution Office (AARO)<\/a> \u2062 and other endeavors.
