For example, the Associated Press has labeled them as “Jewish advocacy groups.” \u200bThis is a result of ignorance \u200bat best and malice at worst. We should care because \u200bthe reporting \u200cis having two dangerous effects.<\/p>\n

First, it’s causing many to view Jewish Americans as rather insane. Many Christians who intuitively support the\u200d Jewish state are left scratching<\/a> their heads and frustrated, wondering why Jews loathe their \u200dancestral, biblical homeland.<\/li>\n
Second, by neglecting to sufficiently distinguish the fringe from the conventional, \u200dit’s providing cover for what is actually antisemitism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Anti-Zionism Is Antisemitism<\/h2>\n
Support for the state of Israel, home to the world’s largest Jewish \u200cpopulation, is a pillar of modern Judaism. Eight\u200c in 10 Jewish Americans believe that caring about \u200dIsrael is an essential or important part of Jewish identity. On \u200dthe other \u200dhand, JVP \u2062and\u2063 INN \u2014 as well as similar cliques like Rabbis for Ceasefire \u2014 are opposed to Israel’s right\u200b to \u200dexist as a Jewish state, and, therefore, are anti-Zionist. Even the Anti-Defamation League, which no one would ever \u2064call “conservative” or “right-leaning,”\u200b has branded JVP \u200cas “a radical anti-Israel and anti-Zionist group.”<\/p>\n
There \u2064is no need to beat around the bush: Anti-Zionism is antisemitism \u2014 period. Despite attempts by radicals with advanced degrees in sociology or feminist studies to argue otherwise, there is no way around it.<\/p>\n
What’s more,\u2063 the George Soros-funded Tides Center, a left-wing advocacy group<\/a>, provided $650,000 and $400,000 to JVP and INN, respectively.\u2063 Soros, though Jewish himself, is\u2064 an ardent foe of both \u2063the Jewish people and the Jewish state of Israel. (An author of this piece is a cofounder\u2064 of Jews Against Soros, launched earlier this year.)<\/p>\n
‘Jewish’ Antisemitism<\/h2>\n
By putting the words “Jewish” and “Rabbis”\u2064 front\u200b and center, these\u2063 groups are engaged in the same rhetorical and malevolent shenanigans as “The Democratic People’s Republic\u200d of Korea” (otherwise\u2063 known as North Korea). Indeed, it’s also the \u2064ruse that the United Nations \u2062deploys for its \u2063Human Rights Council, which largely consists of human \u200crights violators. To deceive \u200cthe public, JVP and INN claim to be exactly \u2064what\u200c they are\u2063 not. Call it a Jewish \u200bNapoleon \u200ccomplex. These activists \u2014 and more-than-occasional insurrections \u2014 are the Impossible Burgers of the Jewish world. We’re\u200b willing to bet that 99 percent of those who participated in the protests on American campuses and across cities over the past six weeks\u200d voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in \u200b2020.<\/p>\n
