More on that in \u200ba moment.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2064New York Sun reported that Biden\u2019s attorney Abbe Lowell sent a letter to the committee Tuesday\u2063 describing Archer\u2062 as \u201can inmate convicted for\u200c his involvement in \u200da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-defector-emails-pipeline-to-obama-admin-seen-as-currency\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Defector Emails: 'Pipeline' to Obama Admin Seen as 'Currency'\">tribal bond scheme<\/a> that never involved Hunter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArcher was sentenced\u200d last year to \u200cone \u2062year and one day \u2064in federal prison \u2064for defrauding a Native American tribe in a scheme involving $60 \u200cmillion in bonds,\u201d according\u200b to \u200dthe Sun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis conviction was overturned \u200con appeal, then reinstated after prosecutors pushed back. Archer, who argues he lost money\u2062 on the tribal venture and was\u200b guilty only\u2062 of making foolish mistakes, has appealed his \u2062conviction to the Supreme Court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. attorney\u2019s office for the Southern District of New York told the Sun that Archer has \u2064not reported for prison\u200b yet, meaning \u2062he is\u2063 not \u201can \u200binmate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Given the \u2064millions in tax evasion and gun charges Biden has likely been able to avoid thanks to special counsel \u200dDavid Weiss\u2019 foot-dragging, he and \u200dLowell really should be\u200c keeping their mouths shut.<\/p>\n<p>Archer reached out to Biden via text in 2019 to \u200bask why Joe \u200bBiden hadn\u2019t done more to protect him from prosecution. The texts were found on Biden\u2019s abandoned \u201claptop from\u2063 hell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Archer was indicted \u200bin May 2016, while Joe Biden was still vice president.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy did your dad\u2019s administration appointees arrest me and try and put me in jail?\u201d Archer texted Hunter. \u201cWhy would \u200dthey try and ruin my\u2062 family and destroy my kids and no one from your family\u2019s side step\u200c in and at least try to help\u200b me?\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Devon Archer, Hunter Biden\u2019s former best friend and business associate, \u200basked Hunter why appointees from the Obama\/Biden Admin\u200c arrested him.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter explained, \u201cIt\u2019s democracy\u2026every presidents family is held to a higher standard\u2026it\u2019s the price of being the most powerful group\u2026\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/K5PFVKLbHm\">pic.twitter.com\/K5PFVKLbHm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rep. It\u2019s\u200d democracy,\u201d he\u200c wrote.\u200c \u201cThree co equal branches of government.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But \u200bHunter\u2064 went on to assure Archer that he was a part of the \u200cBiden \u200cfamily. \u201cEvery \u2064great family is\u2063 persecuted.\u2064 \u2026 You are part of a great family \u2014 not a side \u200dshow, not deserted by them even in your darkest moments,\u201d\u200c he wrote. \u201cThat\u2019s the way\u2064 Bidens are different, and you are a Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since the 2020 presidential campaign, Joe Biden \u2064has insisted\u2064 that he was not involved in his son Hunter Biden\u2019s business dealings.<\/p>\n<p>But a transcript of Archer\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/amb-sondland-sues-pompeo-state-department-for-1-8m-in-legal-fees\/\" title=\"Amb. Sondland Sues Pompeo, State Department for .8M in Legal Fees\">closed-door testimony<\/a> before\u200c the Oversight Committee in July suggested otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>Archer confirmed that Joe Biden attended at least two \u200bdinners with\u2064 Hunter\u2019s business associates, including one \u200bin April 2015 at which \u2062Vadym Pozharsky, \u2064an\u2063 executive with the Ukrainian energy\u200c firm Burisma\u200d Holdings, was \u200bpresent.<\/p>\n<p>Archer recounted \u2063that in December 2015, he and Hunter traveled to Dubai to participate in a\u200c Burisma board meeting. Pozharsky and Burisma \u2064CEO\u2062 Mykola Zlochevsky were also in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>At\u200c one of the meetings,\u2063 Archer said the Burisma executives asked \u2063Hunter to \u201ccall D.C.\u201d\u2062 in relation to the\u200c heat they\u2063 were feeling from Ukrainian\u200b prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey requested Hunter,\u2062 you know, help them with some of that pressure,\u201d Archer said. \u201cYou know, government pressure from Ukrainian government investigations into \u2064Mykola.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fox News reported \u200bthat \u201con Nov. 2, 2015, just weeks before the board meeting in Dubai, \u200cPozharskyi emailed Hunter Biden, emphasizing\u2063 that the \u2018ultimate purpose\u2019 of the agreement \u200cto have Hunter \u2063on the board \u200dwas\u2064 to shut\u200d down \u2018any cases\/pursuits against \u2062Nikolay in Ukraine,\u2019 referring to Zlochevsky, \u2062who also went by Nikolay.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe request is like, \u2018Can D.C. help?\u2019\u201d Archer recalled, adding\u200b that the Burisma executives did not specifically ask Hunter to get his\u2063 father involved. \u201cIt was always this \u200camorphous, \u2018Can we get help \u2063in D.C.?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hunter did make a call to D.C. from Dubai, according to Archer. \u2062However, he was not\u2063 privy to\u200b what was said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was left out\u2063 of these, you know, black box D.C.\u2064 types of conversations,\u201d Archer explained.<\/p>\n<p>But five days after the phone call, then-Vice \u200bPresident\u2064 Joe\u2063 Biden gave \u2063a \u200bspeech in Ukraine,\u200c saying, \u201cThe office of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-kamala-harris-gavin-newsom-and-all-the-democrats-in-hunter-bidens-laptop\/\" title=\"Exclusive: Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, And All The Democrats In Hunter Biden\u2019s Laptop\">general prosecutor desperately<\/a> needs reform.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That office \u200dwas led\u200d by Viktor Shokin, who was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-press-secy-refuses-to-answer-questions-about-leaked-voicemail-from-hunter-bidens-laptop\/\" title=\"White House Press Secy. refuses to answer questions about leaked voicemail from Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop\">investigating potential corruption<\/a> at Burisma at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden was \u200cthe Obama administration\u2019s point man on Ukraine\u200b while Hunter \u2064served on Burisma\u2019s board, earning  <\/p>\n<h2> How do\u200d Archer&#8217;s statements contradict Joe Biden&#8217;s previous statements regarding his knowledge and \u2063involvement in his son&#8217;s business affairs?<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Findings. Archer claimed that Joe Biden had met with him and Hunter Biden on multiple occasions, including a meeting \u200bin Washington, D.C., where they\u200b discussed their business ventures in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>According to the transcript, Archer stated, \u2063&#8221;There was a sort of\u2063 general briefing on that, you know, where we would be, and, you know, an opportunity to meet some folks, and Joe Biden\u200b was somebody that everybody in the Ukrainian energy industry, and certainly everyone in Kyiv, was aware of and had high hopes for.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>These revelations directly contradict Joe Biden&#8217;s previous\u2062 statements that he had no knowledge or involvement in his son&#8217;s business affairs. \u2064It also raises questions \u2063about Joe Biden&#8217;s credibility and integrity.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that \u200bHunter Biden is now trying to distance himself from Devon Archer, his former friend and business partner, by referring to him as an &#8220;inmate,&#8221; speaks volumes about the Biden family&#8217;s attempt to protect their reputation and deflect blame from themselves.<\/p>\n<p>It is clear that the Bidens are willing to throw anyone under the bus to protect their own interests. They are not concerned with loyalty or the well-being of those who \u2063were \u200bonce close to\u200b them. This behavior is deeply troubling\u2064 and raises serious concerns about the ethics and \u200dintegrity of the\u2064 Biden family.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the fact \u200bthat Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorney, Abbe Lowell, would make such a derogatory \u200dstatement about Archer, who has not yet reported to prison, shows a lack of professionalism and respect. The revelations surrounding Hunter\u200c Biden&#8217;s business dealings and his attempt to distance\u200c himself \u2063from those he once considered family members raise serious questions about the character and integrity of the\u2062 Biden family.<\/p>\n<p>As Hunter Biden prepares to testify before the House Oversight Committee, \u200bit is crucial that he answer these questions honestly and openly. The American people deserve the truth, and they deserve \u200celected officials who will uphold the highest standards of integrity and honesty.
