I&#8217;ve cautioned a lot of you,&#8221; he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>Durbin proceeded with a roll\u200c call and\u2064 silenced Blackburn when\u200b she attempted to speak. \u200d&#8221;You&#8217;re telling \u2063us to shut up? You want us \u2062to shut up?&#8221; she protested.<\/p>\n<p>Republican \u200dSenator\u200c Lindsey \u2063Graham of South Carolina \u2063tried \u2062to reason with Durbin, \u200dpointing \u2064out that many senators had not yet voiced their \u200bconcerns about the nominees. &#8220;We want to\u2062 tell you again why\u200b these nominees are awful,&#8221; Graham asserted.<\/p>\n<p>As \u2062time passed without a \u2062response, \u2062Cotton directly addressed Durbin.\u200b &#8220;Is your plan to end all debate?
