The game took place ‍at ‌Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and it marked a significant turning point for the Razorbacks after suffering back-to-back losses in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament.

Khalif Battle, who came off the bench, played a pivotal role in securing the win for Arkansas with an impressive 21-point performance. Trevon Brazile also ⁤played a key ⁢role, contributing ⁢19 points and 11 rebounds for⁣ the Razorbacks. Their combined efforts helped Arkansas bounce back from recent setbacks and regain their momentum.

The Razorbacks took control of the‌ game in the second half, with Battle scoring 13 points in just four minutes, allowing the team to pull away from the Blue Devils.‌ Brazile’s ‍three-pointer ‍further extended their lead‌ to 73-61 with only 2:18 left on the clock.

Despite a strong effort from Duke, where Kyle Filipowski scored 26 points and Jeremy⁢ Roach added 22 points, ⁢their shooting struggled particularly from the three-point line,‍ going⁢ 6-for-22. This was ‌a significant factor contributing ‌to the⁤ end of ⁢their four-game winning streak.

Duke managed to⁣ narrow the gap to 75-71 with ⁣less ‌than a ⁣minute ‍remaining ⁢and even made it 78-75 with 18 seconds left. However, Arkansas held their ground, and both Davonte Davis and Battle made crucial free throws in the closing seconds to secure ‌the victory.

What made this ⁤win even more⁢ impressive for Arkansas was the absence of Tramon ⁤Mark, who ⁢suffered a‍ back injury in the previous‌ game and was unable to play against Duke. Despite this setback, the Razorbacks demonstrated their depth and resilience,⁢ utilizing an ‍11-2 run to establish a 55-45 lead, with Battle leading the charge.

The Razorbacks’ dominance carried over into⁣ the second half, expanding ‌their lead to 60-47, as Duke struggled to find their rhythm.
