the lawsuit \u2063alleges.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The media outlets \u2063named in the lawsuit include \u2063Reuters, The Hollywood Reporter, The \u200cMiami Herald, The\u200d Hill, Deadline, Marketwatch, Benzinga, Forbes, Axios, Daily Beast, The Guardian, Salon, Gizmodo, CNBC, MSNBC, Newsweek, the New York Daily\u200c News, Mediaite, and the U.K.&#8217;s Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, filed in Florida&#8217;s 12th Circuit Court,\u2062 accuses all the defendants \u2062of defamation and injurious falsehood.
