Politico \u200breported \u200cMonday that a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/title-42-may-end-as-soon-as-april\/\" title=\"Title 42 May End as Soon as April\">federal appeals court panel<\/a> is likely to &#8220;significantly narrow&#8221; a gag order against\u2063 the former president imposed for his criminal trial in Washington.<\/p>\n<p>Trump \u200dis facing four felony charges in the case brought by special \u2064counsel Jack Smith\u200c related \u200bto his challenge of the 2020 election \u2064and the Jan. 6, \u200c2021,\u200d Capitol incursion.<\/p>\n<p>The gag order prevents \u2064Trump from publicly discussing witnesses, prosecutors,\u2062 and courthouse \u200bstaff related to the case.<\/p>\n<p>However, the panel of judges\u2063 from the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has concerns that the restrictions\u200b are ambiguous and could interfere with Trump&#8217;s right to campaign in the 2024 presidential election, Politico reported.
