And\u200b here are some more. This is directed at the \u200d&#8221;Free Palestine,&#8221; &#8220;Israel is an\u200b occupier,&#8221; &#8220;From the River to\u2062 the\u2063 sea&#8221; crowd in the West. By the West, I don&#8217;t\u200c mean the radical jihadis living off welfare \u200cin London and \u2062undermining the\u2062 very nation they \u200chave\u2062 migrated to, while leftist governments turn a blind eye due to fear\u2062 of being labeled Islamophobic. \u2064I am talking to \u2064those who have a stake in the West, who claim to believe in its liberal traditions and values. \u200dWhat defines the \u2064West?<\/p>\n<p>After witnessing the mass \u200crallies across the globe, many of \u200cwhich were\u2064 intentionally \u2064scheduled for Remembrance Day in Great\u200c Britain and Veterans Day\u200b in the \u2062U.S. as a disrespectful gesture \u200dtowards Western tradition and honor, I have come to a simple\u2064 conclusion. I don&#8217;t want to hear arguments that one \u2064can support a &#8220;ceasefire&#8221; without being anti-Israel. Because this issue goes far beyond the current horrific conflict \u200din Gaza and the never-ending cycle\u2064 of violence.<\/p>\n<p>This matter runs deeper than \u200csplitting hairs over morality. It \u200dis not about \u200bthe\u2064 &#8220;children of Gaza.&#8221;\u200c The\u200b feigned concern for their well-being expressed by the woke \u2063is merely\u200d a facade. I have concluded that what lies beneath\u200c is \u200bnothing more than a \u200dmodern manifestation of old-fashioned anti-Semitism. And there is something more, which I will discuss.<\/p>\n<p>To those who\u200d deny \u200bbeing anti-Semitic, \u200dI pose a couple of questions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/black-friday-gift-guide\">CHECK OUT THE DAILY WIRE BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING GUIDE<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Firstly, if you\u2062 genuinely care about innocent children, if that is the extent of your emotional involvement in this conflict, then why were you not protesting in the streets when Bashar Al-Assad was murdering 500,000 Syrian Muslims, many of them children?\u2063 Where were you when Pakistan forcibly displaced two\u200d million Muslims into neighboring Afghanistan? Where are the \u2064mass rallies\u200d in &#8220;solidarity&#8221; with the tens of thousands of Muslim children in Yemen who are being \u2064bombed by the House of Saud? I thought\u200b you cared about \u2064children. Or is it only certain children?<\/p>\n<p>For those who approach this dispute with intellect rather than\u200b emotion, the \u200canswer is glaringly obvious: you only care about\u2064 Muslim children, or \u2062any\u200b children in faraway\u200d conflict zones, when they die at the hands of \u200dIsraelis. And why is that?\u200c What\u200b drives this selective outrage?<\/p>\n<p>It all \u200dcomes down to how\u2062 one answers a simple question: Is Israel\u2062 a legitimate nation or not?<\/p>\n<p>As someone who believes Israel is as legitimate as any \u200cother nation\u200c recognized by the UN, I view the current\u2063 tragic\u200c conflict in this way: Israel, which has had no\u2064 presence in Gaza \u2063for eighteen years, was\u2064 attacked by a vicious group of raiders whose mission was to\u2064 murder, rape, torture, and kidnap as \u200bmany Israeli civilians as possible. The civilians of Be&#8217;eri\u200c kibbutz and the \u2062music festival were not collateral damage; they\u2064 were the\u2064 intended targets.<\/p>\n<p>I want to emphasize this as \u2064much\u200c as possible: the mission was to\u2063 murder as many Israeli civilians\u200b as they could\u2062 find.\u200d In carrying out this cowardly attack against defenseless babies, children, young \u200badults, parents, \u2062and the elderly, Hamas inflicted losses on\u200b Israel \u2063equivalent to 55,000 U.S. citizens being murdered in one morning and 10,000 being taken\u2062 hostage.<\/p>\n<p>The organization responsible for these attacks \u200bis Hamas. In \u20622006, the people of Gaza \u2062elected Hamas as their governing authority. While many Gazans had no choice, as\u200c Hamas is a terrorist group, \u200bit is \u2063worth noting\u2063 that until October 7, polls \u2064consistently showed that Hamas \u2062enjoyed majority support among Gazans,\u200b despite their stated goal \u200cof annihilating Israel.<\/p>\n<p>If Israel is \u2064a legitimate nation, it has every\u200c right to defend itself. It also has \u2064the right to\u2062 invade Gaza and eliminate every member of\u2064 Hamas. They\u200b can\u2064 even assassinate Hamas leaders\u2064 living in Qatar, who \u200bare enjoying stolen aid while Gaza suffers. If, however, you do not believe Israel is \u200blegitimate, \u200dbut rather an occupying power like the Nazis in France or Russia,\u2064 then anything goes. In that\u200b case, you likely see Hamas&#8217; attack as a justified act \u2062of resistance against \u2062foreign occupation.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent debate at\u2064 Cambridge University, a climate activist\u2064 questioned \u200bBen Shapiro on the environment.\u2062 At the\u2063 end of the discussion, she confidently proclaimed &#8220;Free Palestine.&#8221; When challenged by \u2063Shapiro, she revealed that by &#8220;Free Palestine,&#8221; \u2062she meant\u2063 the entirety of the land currently known as Israel.<\/p>\n<p>In short, like many \u200cof her misguided Western peers,\u200c she\u2064 does not see Israel as a legitimate nation.\u2062 To her, it is a Zionist-occupied territory that rightfully belongs to Palestinians. Therefore, Hamas could be considered &#8220;freedom fighters,&#8221; and\u200d the babies they murdered were seen as agents\u200d of colonialism first and human beings second. \u2063This lack of moral sense \u200dis deeply troubling. Is\u200c it simply anti-Semitism? Undoubtedly, anti-Semitism fuels the pro-Palestine movement. But there is something else at \u200cplay. Marriage is portrayed as a patriarchal institution where husbands oppress women.\u200b Indians and Pakistanis are depicted\u200b as victims\u200b of British colonialism, rather\u200b than beneficiaries of Western advancements. Capitalism, the economic system that has brought prosperity and improved quality of life to countless people, is reduced to the exploitation of workers by the ownership class.<\/p>\n<p>As \u200ca result of this narrative, the Left has labeled Israelis as oppressors and Palestinians \u200cas\u200c victims. Once the issue is framed in\u2062 such binary terms, it becomes easy to excuse any behavior, no matter how barbaric \u200band unjust, in the name of justice.\u200d This warped worldview, combined with the catalyst of anti-Semitism, has created a potent movement. A movement that is self-righteous and rooted in ignorance. But \u200dregardless, might does not make right. This morally bankrupt perspective has gradually\u2063 infiltrated institutions such as academia, media, entertainment, corporations, law, and \u2064even science.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore,\u200d from this\u2063 dualistic worldview, activists on college campuses view all\u2064 &#8220;oppressed&#8221; groups as \u2062part of\u2064 a collective struggle against the oppressor.\u2063 This\u2063 is why we see absurd signs like &#8220;Queers for Palestine,&#8221; as if any queer person would be safe in Gaza\u200b if they openly\u2063 expressed their sexuality. These deluded \u2064individuals may as well be \u200cfish advocating \u200dfor sushi \u200cchefs.<\/p>\n<p>However, when\u200c it comes to Israel, my exploration of this \u200binsanity\u2062 always leads me to the\u200b undeniable presence of anti-Semitism. Anyone who\u2063 claims otherwise is either in denial, lying, or deluded. It\u200c starts with targeting\u200b Jews, but it never ends there. Anti-Semitism is\u200c a \u2064warning sign.\u200b If we are not careful,\u200c if we do not confront this\u2063 madness and self-destructive\u200b mindset, this\u2062 virus\u2063 will \u2062spread throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>When we witness a Manhattan DA tearing down posters depicting Hamas&#8217; kidnap victims or the editor of the Harvard\u200b Law Review intimidating Jewish\u2063 students, we know that we have moved beyond academic \u200cdebate. The barbarians are no \u200dlonger at the\u2063 gate; they are \u2063among us.<\/p>\n<p>It is time \u200cto take a stand, not just \u200dfor Israel but \u200cfor Jews worldwide who \u2063have experienced persecution. We must listen to what they have to say. They understand \u2063something that the wokesters chanting &#8220;abortion rights and free Palestine!&#8221; have yet to grasp. They\u2064 fail to realize that Gazans must go to\u200b Israel \u2063for abortions, as they \u2063risk \u200cbeing stoned \u2063to death otherwise.
