That is, until now.<\/p>\n<p>In a \u200crecent NBC News poll, for\u2064 the first time \u2063ever, Trump has \u200ccome out on top in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/majority-of-voters-concerned-about-joe-bidens-mental-and-physical-health-poll\/\" title=\"Poll shows majority of voters worried about Joe Biden's mental and physical well-being.\">hypothetical general election match-<\/a>up against Biden. While the lead\u2063 is slim and falls within the margin\u2063 of error, it\u2063 still poses a significant \u2062challenge for Biden considering the trend of previous NBC News polls.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Biden held a \u2062comfortable lead over Trump, but as time\u200d has passed, that lead has dwindled. In \u2063July 2023, Biden had a 49-45 lead, which exceeded the margin of error. By September, the\u200d two candidates\u2064 were tied at \u206446 percent each. And now, in November, Trump has\u200b overtaken \u2062Biden 46-44.<\/p>\n<p>These poll results are concerning for Biden, especially considering the demographic breakdowns. Biden maintains \u2062a lead\u2062 among black voters,\u200c women, and white voters with college degrees.
