As \u2062a result, the DOJ \u2063appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the case.<\/p>\n<p>This \u2062week, CNN reported that\u2062 special counsel Robert Hur may reprimand Biden and his staff for their handling of the documents,\u200d but no charges \u2063will be filed.<\/p>\n<p>Trump took to his Truth Social platform to express\u2064 his outrage, posting, &#8220;WOW! FAKE NEWS CNN, \u2063THROUGH A LEAK FROM THE DEPARTMENT \u2064OF INJUSTICE, HAS JUST \u200bREPORTED THAT NO CHARGES WILL\u200d BE FILED IN THE (MUCH\u200d BIGGER \u200dTHAN MINE!!!) CROOKED JOE BIDEN DOCUMENTS CASE.
