min-height: 50px; text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-3'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>According\u200d to posts on Amazon\u2019s internal website that were viewed \u2064by <em>CNBC<\/em>, employees who\u200d don\u2019t follow the policy of staffers being in the office at least three days a week, may not get promoted. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cManagers own the promotion process, which means it is their responsibility to support your growth \u2062through regular conversations and stretch assignments, and to complete all the required inputs for a promotion,\u201d one post says.\u2063 \u201cIf your role is expected to work\u200c from the office 3+ days a week and you are\u200d not in compliance,\u200b your manager will\u200c be made aware and VP approval will be required.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Another post on Amazon\u2019s internal career platform for employees says, \u2064\u201cIn accordance with Amazon\u2019s overall approach to promotions, \u200cemployees are expected to work from their office 3+ days\/week if that is the requirement of their\u2062 role.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The policy was announced in\u200d February, when the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/amazon-remote-workers-employees-who-dont-return-to-office-may-not-get-promoted\/\" title=\"Remote workers at Amazon may not be eligible for promotions if they choose not to return to the office.\">billion dollar company called staff back<\/a> to the office by telling them they will have to\u2062 be on-site for three days a week at \u200bthe end of April. <\/p>\n<p>In \u200dJuly, Amazon told the staff \u200dthey would need to relocate to the nearest hub, and those who refused were\u200c then directed to take\u2063 a voluntary resignation package. <\/p>\n<p>Additionally, in August, the billion dollar company told their\u2062 employees they \u200dwere keeping track of their\u2062 attendance records and knew who was and wasn\u2019t following\u2063 the policy. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, Amazon has a remote work \u2064exception in \u200bplace and considers requests on a\u2063 case-by-case basis. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cTeams tend to be better connected to one another when they see each other in person more frequently,\u201d CEO Andy Jassy said\u2064 at the\u200d time. \u201cThere is something about being face-to-face with somebody, looking them in the eye, and seeing they\u2019re fully immersed in whatever you\u2019re\u2062 discussing that bonds people together.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Stay informed!
