The 12-member jury sent a note \u200dto U.S. District Judge Rebecca Grady\u200c Jennings that said they were at an impasse. <\/p>\n<p>During deliberations, the\u200b judge\u2064 reported hearing \u201celevated voices\u201d from the jury room, prompting\u200c court security agents to enter the room.
