However, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office⁤ is now urging individuals who ‍were driving vehicles equipped with video recording capabilities, such as Teslas, in the vicinity of Westlake Boulevard and Thousand Oaks Boulevard between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on November 5 to ⁢come forward with ‌any footage or photos they ⁢may have captured.

Chief medical examiner Dr. Christopher Young has ruled Kessler’s ‍death a homicide, although it does not necessarily⁣ indicate that a crime was committed. While it remains uncertain whether a blow to the face caused ⁢Kessler’s⁣ fall, the injuries sustained, including skull fractures and brain trauma, are consistent with those typically associated with a fall.
