With technology,\u2062 there\u2019s less we can control, so we should wisely control what\u2062 we can, where we can.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The No-Flinch Rule:<\/strong> \u200bWhen \u2064our kids ask \u2063hard and uncomfortable questions, we cannot react with strong emotion or anger. Faust charges parents to have a \u201cno flinch face,\u201d meaning they must \u200dstay cool as cucumbers. When they ask us questions about what Johnny told them on the playground or \u200dshare with us about someone touching them inappropriately, we cannot overreact or flinch (at least not in front of them). This only pushes children away if they feel we are not a safe place.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parents Are the Program:<\/strong> \u200c We are the \u201cirreplaceable anti-Woke program,\u201d they\u2062 say. Officers train soldiers. This means we must be experts in everything from gender ideology to \u2062abortion to socialism.
