In other states the\u2062 company operates in, the minimum \u200cwage has\u2063 been raised to \u2063$23 an\u200b hour.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement also included an increased payout for employees under a \u2063performance-sharing \u2062plan\u200d and initiatives to invest in the current workforce.<\/p>\n<p>In a push to address the staffing crisis, the deal \u200balso features increased \u200btraining and mass hiring events.<\/p>\n<p>The new contract is effective immediately.
