Nikki Haley \u2064called Vivek Ramaswamy\u2063 \u201cscum\u201d when he \u2064brought up her \u200bdaughter\u2019s use \u200cof TikTok. Ramaswamy \u200dcalled Haley and Florida\u200b Gov. Ron \u2062DeSantis \u201cDick Cheney in three-inch heels,\u201d and the rest was \u200ca bunch of noise from people\u200d who\u2062 will never be president.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2063 one standout moment, though, and\u200d perhaps the \u200dmost important thing to happen \u200con network news in a long time, was when Ramaswamy denounced corporate media for \u2062constantly lying to the American people and specifically called out NBC News\u2062 debate moderator Kristen Welker to her face\u2062 for spreading the Russia-collusion\u200c hoax.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Ramaswamy Challenges Welker\u200b on the Russia-Collusion Hoax<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cKristen I\u2019m gonna use this time \u2014\u200c because this is actually\u2062 about you\u200d and the media \u200band the corrupt \u2062media establishment \u2063\u2014 to ask you about \u200cthe Trump-Russia\u200d collusion hoax that you pushed \u2062on this network\u200d for years. Was that real, or was\u200b that\u200b Hillary \u200bClinton made-up disinformation? Answer the question, go.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The crowd cheered, Welker grinned\u200d smugly, and when Ramaswamy\u2063 starting to say the \u200dmedia rigged the 2016\u2062 and 2020 election and would rig \u2064the 2024\u2062 election \u200das well, \u200dNBC\u2019s Lester\u2063 Holt cut him off and \u2062moved things\u200b along.<\/p>\n<p>It was a glorious moment that\u2064 instantly made Ramaswamy the winner\u2062 of the debate. And he didn\u2019t\u200c just denounce \u200bWelker and\u200b the media. Before he went after\u2063 them,\u2062 he \u2062called for \u2063the resignation of Ronna McDaniel, the chairwoman of the\u2062 RNC, \u200bfor\u200b losing every election cycle since \u20642018, and slammed the \u2064GOP establishment for agreeing to let\u2064 NBC News,\u2062 of all\u2063 outlets, host a Republican primary \u200ddebate.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Ramaswamy&#8217;s Call\u2063 for Change in \u200cDebate Moderators<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThink about who\u2019s moderating\u2062 this debate. This should be Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, and Elon Musk. We\u2019d have ten times the viewership, asking \u2062questions that GOP primary voters actually \u200dcare \u200babout and bring in more people to\u200d our party. You think the Democrats \u2014 I \u2062mean we\u2019ve\u2063 got Kristen Welker here \u2014 you think \u2063the Democrats would actually hire Greg\u2062 Gutfeld to host a Democratic debate?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ramaswamy is of course correct. Democrats would never let a media \u2062outlet as openly \u200dhostile\u200b to them as NBC News is to\u2063 Republicans host a primary debate.\u2063 They\u2062 would never \u2062agree \u200bto any debate moderators other than their own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/vivek-won-the-gop-debate-by-trashing-nbc-moderator-for-spreading-the-russia-collusion-hoax\/\" title=\"Vivek Won The GOP Debate By Trashing NBC Moderator For Spreading The Russia-Collusion Hoax\">corporate\u2064 media courtesans<\/a> because they don\u2019t want their candidates to be\u200b humiliated on a national stage. Unlike the GOP\u200c establishment, the Democratic Party \u200blikes to win elections, and it behaves accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Consider the absolute insanity of the GOP \u2062agreeing \u2062to let Welker, the anchor \u2062for NBC\u2019s \u201cMeet the Press,\u201d\u2064 be a debate moderator. As my\u200c colleague Tristan\u200c Justice noted back in October 2020 when Welker was \u2064picked to moderate the third \u200cdebate between President\u200b Donald Trump and Joe Biden, she \u200bhas a long history of blatantly biased reporting in favor of Democrats and was one of the\u2063 worst perpetrators of the\u200c years-long Russia collusion hoax.<\/p>\n<p>Two \u2064months before\u200c Special Counsel Robert Mueller released his\u2062 report confirming what\u200d everyone already knew,\u200c that the idea \u2063Trump was \u200ca Kremlin agent was\u2064 a conspiracy theory with no basis in fact, Welker asked Trump, \u201cMr. President, \u2063yes or no. Have you or are you now \u2064\u2014 have you ever worked for \u2063Russia? Yes or no?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s \u200cthe \u2063kind of\u200d \u201cjournalism\u201d Welker peddles. While\u200b covering the Trump administration, wrote \u200bJustice, Welker \u201caccused the president of launching \u200bhis career on birtherism, criticized the\u200c president for fanning the flames \u2064of the culture wars, and asked then-White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders repeatedly whether \u2062she could guarantee \u2064the president had never \u200dused the \u2018N-word.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More \u2062recently, \u2064she \u2062lied repeatedly in\u2063 a sit-down interview with Trump in September,\u2063 falsely claiming there is no evidence\u2064 President Biden ever pressured Attorney General Merrick Garland to indict Trump, \u2063and \u2064distorting Democrats\u2019 position on abortion.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Ramaswamy&#8217;s Political Sense Shines\u2062 Through<\/h3>\n<p>Indeed,\u200d for calling out Welker and\u2062 the media, and denouncing the GOP establishment for being a \u201cparty of losers,\u201d Ramaswamy demonstrated \u2064he has more political sense \u2014 and\u2063 common sense \u2014 \u200cthan any \u200bother GOP primary candidate on \u200bstage last night. For \u200dthat\u200b and that alone, he \u2062won hands down.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2> Why is it important for the Republican Party to demand a fair and impartial platform and embrace new leadership and \u200cideas<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Eld accountable or face\u200b tough questions. Republicans, on the other hand, seem to be more than willing to play\u200b along with their biased\u200b counterparts.<\/p>\n<p>Ramaswamy&#8217;s call for change\u200c in debate moderators is not only valid but essential. The current\u200c system allows the media establishment to dictate the \u200dnarrative \u2064and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mainstream-media-and-big-techs-seismic-shift-to-the-left\/\" title=\"Mainstream Media and Big Tech\u2019s Seismic Shift to the Left\">shape public opinion<\/a>. By having \u2062moderators\u2064 who are openly biased and hostile \u2062towards one\u2064 party, the chances of having \u2064a fair and balanced discussion are slim to none.<\/p>\n<p>Tucker Carlson,\u200b Joe \u2064Rogan, and Elon Musk are all\u2062 figures who have proven themselves to be independent thinkers and willing to ask the\u200d tough questions.\u2063 They\u200d are not beholden to any political party \u200bor \u200bagenda, making them the ideal candidates to moderate a debate. \u200cTheir presence would attract a\u200c much wider audience\u200d and engage more people in the\u200c political process.<\/p>\n<p>It is high \u2062time that the Republican Party \u2062stands up against the media establishment \u2064and demands a fair and impartial platform. Allowing outlets \u200blike NBC News to host their debates only serves\u2063 to perpetuate the \u200dbias and \u200cmisinformation that has plagued our\u200b political discourse for far too \u2062long.<\/p>\n<p>Ramaswamy&#8217;s denunciation\u200d of Ronna McDaniel \u2063and the GOP establishment\u2064 is also noteworthy. The\u200b Republican Party has been on a losing streak since 2018, and it is \u2062clear\u200b that a change in leadership and strategy is needed. The party cannot afford to stay complacent and continue with \u200bbusiness \u2062as usual.<\/p>\n<p>By calling \u2064for McDaniel&#8217;s resignation, Ramaswamy is \u200bsending a powerful message that \u2064the party cannot continue to repeat the same mistakes and expect different results. It \u2064is time\u2064 for fresh faces \u2062and new ideas\u2063 to take center stage and lead the party towards \u2062a\u200d brighter future.<\/p>\n<p>In \u200cconclusion, while the Republican \u2063primary debate may have \u2063been \u200cfilled with insults\u200c and noise, one \u200cstandout moment came when \u200dVivek Ramaswamy challenged \u2064Kristen Welker and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-dodged-blame-for-lying-about-foreign-dealings-for-years-because-corporate-media-let-him\/\" title=\"Biden Dodged Blame For Lying About Foreign Dealings For Years Because Corporate Media Let Him\">corrupt media establishment<\/a>. It is time for the Republican\u200c Party to demand a fair and impartial\u2062 platform and\u200c to embrace new leadership\u2062 and\u200b ideas.
