However, experts suggest that shifting the\u200c clocks \u200cback and forth\u200c could have negative effects on health.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-3\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px; text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-3'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Daylight savings time \u200bis\u200b observed in \u2063most of North \u200bAmerica and\u2064 Europe,\u200b while \u2064it is less common in \u200bmany other countries, particularly those\u200c situated near\u200d the equator.<\/p>\n<p>Canada and\u200c Cuba will\u200d also prepare \u200dto turn their clocks back on\u2064 November 5<sup>th<\/sup>,\u200c ending daylight savings time. \u2062However,\u200b there is an ongoing debate in\u2062 the U.S. regarding whether to abolish this practice as\u2062 well.<\/p>\n<p>Experts suggest that \u2064<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-daylight-savings-time-may-affect-your-health\/\" title=\"Impact of Daylight Savings Time on Your Health\">year-round standard time works<\/a> best for the natural rhythms of the human body.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200bback\u2062 and forth shifting \u2064in time has been shown to increase the risk of heart\u200d attacks, strokes, abnormal heart rhythms, sleep disruption, \u2063mood \u2062disturbances, and even suicide, <a href=\"https:\/\/jcsm.aasm.org\/doi\/10.5664\/jcsm.8780\">according\u200c to research<\/a> published in the \u200bJournal of \u200dClinical Sleep Medicine. <\/p>\n<p>A \u200bneurologist at the Lewis\u200d Katz School of Medicine at Temple University noted\u200c that\u2064 the rate of stroke rises eight percent \u200bin \u2062the spring,\u200b calling it\u200b a \u201csubstantial\u201d jump \u2063in comparison to the rest of the year. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cSleep \u200cis essential\u2063 for promoting cardiovascular and neurological health.
