But when they target a man\u2019s family for \u200cpolitical advantage, they should expect him to fight back.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Early Wednesday morning on Truth Social, former President\u200d Donald Trump fought back against Judge Arthur Engoron, the New \u200cYork Democrat presiding over the Star\u200c Chamber show trial masquerading as a fraud case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeave my children\u2063 alone, Engoron. You are a disgrace to the legal profession!\u201d Trump wrote at the end\u200c of\u2062 a\u200c lengthy post.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In her obsession with taking \u2062down the former president, New York\u2062 Attorney General <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-unleashes-corrupt-letitia-james-outside-courtroom-plays-race-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Letitia James<\/a> \u2064 brought a \u201cfraud\u201d case that features, as Trump correctly\u2063 noted, no actual victims aside\u200d from the Trump family.<\/p>\n<p>As part of that case, wherein James asserted that Trump inflated the \u2063value of his holdings to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/michael-oher-from-blind-side-claims-tuohys-never-adopted-him-made-millions\/\" title=\"Michael Oher, of 'Blind Side' fame, says Tuohys never adopted him, earned millions.\">gain financial advantages<\/a>, Engoron arbitrarily and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/eric-trump-schools-judge-says-father-inflated-value-mar-lago-laughing-foolishness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hilariously<\/a> valued\u200c Trump\u2019s sprawling Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, at only $18 million.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the former president\u2019s children \u200bwill have to\u2064 take the\u200c stand. After all,\u200c James\u200b must perpetuate this farce and smear as many members of the Trump family \u200bas possible.<\/p>\n<h3>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/donald-trump\/judge-orders-ivanka-trump-testify-250-million-fraud-case-rcna122482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC News<\/a>, James\u2019 office plans to call Donald Trump Jr. to testify on Wednesday. She also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/melania-trump-sticking-husband-mug-shot-election-interference-political-rivals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reportedly<\/a> \u201cshares her husband\u2019s view \u2014 and anger \u2014 that most of these legal issues are \u2018election interference by his political rivals.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In his lengthy Truth Social post, Trump called the current New York proceeding a \u201cRigged Trial.\u201d He\u2064 referred to James as \u201cRacist\u201d and Engoron as a \u201cTrump\u2062 and developer\u2062 Hating Judge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>None of this must\u2062 strike the former president as new. After all, he has seen rigged proceedings on a national scale. He has dealt with hate-filled political \u200dopponents who made their enmity personal. He can fight them. In fact, for eight years he has \u200dnot stopped fighting them, \u200dand he often has done so with a \u200csmile.<\/p>\n<p>Targeting his family, however, constitutes the crossing of a line that no man can bear \u200bwith good\u2064 cheer.<\/p>\n<p>His\u2063 soulless opponents, \u200bof course, will protest that the \u200cTrump children are fair\u200d game. As adults and members of the Trump Organization, they require no special treatment.<\/p>\n<p>That would be true if \u2063the entire case did not amount to special treatment of the \u2063most insidious \u2062kind.\u2062 Under the cover of institutions designed to seek\u2062 justice, Trump\u2019s political \u200bopponents have targeted him \u2063for unique persecution.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone knows this, including the attorney general and the presiding\u2062 judge. Yet, much \u200bas they do in totalitarian regimes, they cover their \u2064state-sponsored crimes in self-righteousness.<\/p>\n<p>A man can bear such \u200devils when they \u2063affect him alone.<\/p>\n<p>As \u200bhistory has\u200d shown, however, tyrants never stop with the man himself. He knows\u2064 that his children are innocent and that this case is \u200bnothing more than \u200ca sham.<\/p>\n<p>In his post on Truth\u2062 Social, \u200dTrump \u200dpassionately\u2063 defended his children \u200band denounced\u2064 Judge\u200c Engoron as a disgrace \u200bto \u2063the \u2062legal profession. He made it clear that\u200c he will not allow his family \u200bto be \u2062used as pawns in a political game.<\/p>\n<p>And he is right to fight back. No man should have to endure the pain and stress of having his children\u200c targeted\u2064 in \u200dsuch a way. The Trump family has already been through enough, and it is time\u200d for this political persecution to \u200cend.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the Trump family has been subjected to such treatment. \u2064Melania Trump&#8217;s communications were sought \u200dby the Manhattan District Attorney&#8217;s \u2063Office,\u200b adding more stress to an already difficult situation.<\/p>\n<p>But amid all the \u200bturmoil, Melania has remained a source of\u2064 strength for her husband. She believes that these legal issues are\u2063 nothing more than election\u200d interference\u2064 by political rivals and\u200b stands by her husband&#8217;s side.<\/p>\n<p>The Trumps are no strangers to rigged proceedings and hate-filled opponents. They have \u2064faced unimaginable scrutiny and\u200b personal attacks throughout their time in the public\u200c eye.
