They have until Oct \u206431st \u200bto remove this defamatory \u2062entry\u200d before I\u2019m forced to\u2062 take more\u200c action,&#8221; she <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ChayaRaichik10\/status\/1716929149648933158\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a> \u2064on X.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Prior to removing\u2062 her from the glossary, \u200dADL\u2019s Chief Legal Officer Steven Sheinberg \u200breportedly sent a letter\u200c to Ms. Raichik responding to her threat of legal\u2063 action.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As a preliminary matter, we disagree with your assertions that ADL has done anything defamatory or\u2064 otherwise harmful \u2062to you. Our reporting and opinions are constitutionally\u200b protected,\u200b reflect \u2062your status as\u200b a public\u200c figure, and are accurate,&#8221; Mr. Sheinberg\u200c wrote in the letter, which was obtained by The Advocate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At the same time,\u2062 we are\u2062 not immune to criticism of our work and take such feedback into consideration. Indeed, the Glossary\u200c of\u200c Extremism is an evolving resource and one we are presently reviewing in terms of brand, substance, and function\u2064 including examining the \u200cmechanics of how materials are recommended\u200c to users.
