(Supreme Court Justice Clarence\u2062 Thomas is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dem-lawmaker-puts-ignorance-display-embarrassing-racial-attack-clarence-thomas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">probably the\u2063 biggest target<\/a> \u2062 of\u2064 that loathing, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/republican-lt-gov-winsome-sears-virginia-eviscerates-democratic-party-hatred-black-conservatives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">any black conservative<\/a>, of either sex, will do.)<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s also the product of a difficult upbringing, raised by a single mother who instilled in him the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-seven-fitness-journey-dropouts\/\" title=\"The Seven Fitness Journey Dropouts\">work ethic needed<\/a> to \u2064rise to become a surgeon so famous he was the subject of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1295085\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TV movie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/megyn-kelly-blasts-wannabe-first-lady-cbs-calls-dr-jill-biden-get-real-md\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cDr.\u201d Jill Biden<\/a>, the Ed.D. in the White\u200d House, couldn\u2019t even dream of Carson\u2019s kind of accomplishments.)<\/p>\n<p>The fact that he achieved success and, when he was \u200bHUD \u200csecretary, put into practice the idea\u200c that others <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ben-carson-attacks-welfare-leeches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">could do the \u200dsame<\/a>, probably makes him irredeemable in the eyes of modern progressives.<\/p>\n<p>But Carson clearly has little time for opinions\u2062 from that end of the political spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur nation is in desperate need\u2064 of strong leadership.
