This order restricts \u200cTrump&#8217;s ability to freely campaign on\u200b crucial issues\u2064 for\u2063 the upcoming 2024 election, including the integrity of the \u20622020 election and \u2062the \u200binterference by the Biden Department of Justice.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the order still pending review by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-court-is-fast-tracking-sidney-powells-request-for-a-forensic-exam-of-dominion-voting-machines\/\" title=\"Federal Court Is Fast-Tracking Sidney Powell\u2019s Request For A Forensic Exam Of Dominion Voting Machines\">federal appeals court<\/a>, Trump\u200d and other &#8220;interested parties&#8221; \u200bare now prohibited from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fact-check-did-joe-biden-say-mark-my-words-peace-and-democracy-will-be-made-in-uganda\/\" title=\"FACT CHECK: Did Joe Biden Say, \u2018Mark My Words: Peace And Democracy Will Be Made In Uganda\u2019?\">making public statements<\/a> that &#8220;target&#8221;\u2064 Special Counsel Jack Smith and other \u2064government staff.<\/p>\n<p>Trump&#8217;s lawyers argue that this order violates\u2063 his right to free \u200bspeech and hampers his campaign \u2062against President Biden. Even the\u200d American Civil Liberties\u200c Union, known for its leftist stance, opposes the gag order,\u2062 calling it &#8220;unconstitutionally overbroad.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, Judge Chutkan disagrees, stating \u2064that \u200dthe First Amendment rights must yield to the administration of \u200djustice in criminal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Chutkan&#8217;s order \u200ddoes not apply to all parties involved.
