\u2062Stellantis North America Chief Operating Officer Mark\u200b Stewart said in a written statement on Oct. 28.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>The deal leaves \u200dGeneral Motors (GM) as the only Big Three \u2062automaker without an agreement \u2064with the \u200dunion, which had on Oct. 25 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/uaw-ford-reach-tentative-agreement-biden-applauds-hard-fought-contract-5517079\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reached a \u2063tentative deal with Ford<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode post-related-videos\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Ford and \u2063Stellantis agreements still need to be ratified by all workers. Employees \u200bare expected to return to work in the meantime.<\/p>\n<p>The two deals won assembly plant workers a record \u206225 percent increase in \u2063general wages over the next 4 1\/2\u2063 years, with \u200can 11 percent raise\u2063 coming once the\u200c deal is ratified. \u200cThe contracts will run through \u2064April 30, 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Under the Stellantis deal, workers\u2062 will get cost-of-living pay that would \u2063bring the raises to a compounded 33 \u2064percent, with top assembly plant workers making more\u200c than $42 per \u2062hour.
